Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, Kiwanis International is a global com- munity dedicated to improving the lives of children. They will be using this space as an ad - ministrative office in Central PA. Pete Higgins and David Alderman , of NAI CIR , rep - resented the landlord. Alder - man represented the tenant. The 1,235 s/f medical office located at 4701 Duke St. in Harrisburg has been sold to 818 Leasing LLC. The property will remain a dental office for Central PA patients. Amber Corbo , of NAI CIR, represent - ed the seller, and Andy Kohr , of Landmark Commercial Realty , represented the buyer. Suite 408-D located at 800 N. Third St. in Harrisburg has been leased to Monica Helping Hands Homecare Services. This marks their first location that will act as their home of- fice for home healthcare.
