ORTH BRUNS - WICK, NJ — The Blau & Berg Com- pany completed the following transactions in NJ: The commercial real estate brokerage firm recently ar- ranged the lease of 212,000 s/f and 106,250 s/f adjacent units in North Brunswick. He added, “With tepid demand in the of- fice market, creativity proved valuable in this transaction.” The firm arranged the lease of 3,600 s/f in Springfield.
