HERRY HILL, NJ — Vantage Commer- cial completes the fol- lowing transactions in Cherry Hill: Vantage Commercial an- nounced the sale of a free- standing office building in Cherry Hill. The 4,200 s/f office building, located at 41 Kings Highway North is centrally located along a busy stretch of one of Cherry Hill’s main thoroughfares, just minutes from I-295 and Rtes. 70 and 38. Mike Gries , sales associ- ate at Vantage Commercial, worked with both the buyer and the seller to negotiate a favorable deal for both parties. This is the second property Gries helped sell on behalf of the same owner. With this sale, the prop- erty becomes the new home of Quality First Solutions, a provider of tailored consulta- tion services to the healthcare industry. Jennifer Bailey, of Qual- ity First Solutions, said “As a Cherry Hill native, it was im- portant for me to find a larger office space in town in which to move my growing company, Quality First Solutions.
