RUTHERFORD, NJ — Vango Development has received final approval for a new luxury rental building in Downtown Rutherford, pav- ing the way for construction to begin on what will be the second phase of The Parker in this Bergen County borough. Located at 118 Park Ave. just two blocks from the Ruth- erford train station, the con- temporary four-story building will deliver 60 luxury apart- ments and approximately 3,000 s/f of ground-floor retail space to the downtown district bustling with shopping, dining, and business. Anticipated to come to mar- ket in spring 2023, 118 Park Ave. is expected to build on the success of The Parker, the adjacent 52-home rental building that has maintained 100% occupancy since Vango completed it in 2019, reports the developer.
