AST NORRITON, PA — Mediplex Property Group (Mediplex) an- nounced the groundbreaking for Mediplex East Norriton, the latest addition to a growing portfolio of healthcare focused real estate notable for encour- aging ownership by physician tenants. Completion is sched- uled for late 2022. The single-story, 17,200 s/f multi-use complex will be an- chored by the East Norriton Surgical Center, a state-of- the-art, class C ambulatory surgery center (ASC). Located at 2025 15th St. North in Arlington's Courthouse neighborhood, the 20-story building will include 423 apartments. The Commodore sits at the highest point between Ross- lyn and Clarendon prompt- ing spectacular views of the National Mall, George- town, and Northern Virginia. Apartments will range in size from micro-units to three- bedroom penthouses. Design of the residences and com- mon areas are inspired by individual homes, giving the space a distinctly intimate and personal feel, unique for a building of this size. The Commodore will offer 24/7 concierge service, a fitness center, kitchen and dining area, children's playroom, clubroom, and a coworking space. Outdoor amenities include a park-view pool and rooftop overlooking Rosslyn and the Washington, D.C. skylines. Completion of the project is expected in Fall 2023. Greystar will oversee de- velopment, property manage- ment and residential leasing. Cooper Carry is the lead architect, with Land Design contracted for landscape archi- tecture.
