Workplace Bullying Workplace bullying is characterised as repeated unreasonable behaviour directed at an employee that creates a risk to their health and safety. Threats to harm someone, acts of violence, assault, property damage and stalking these are criminal matters that should be referred to the police. WorkSafe recommends that you report these types of incidents to Victoria Police which is responsible for investigating and prosecuting these matters NormaOlive Brown According to the Police LEAP file, Gippsland Police investigated my 2019 report to Western Victorian police of a workplace bullying and harassment incident by interviewing the accused, a 'friend' of the accused, an employee, the instigator of the incident and two of my sons/ employees. However, they did not interview me, the victim, even though Western Victorian Police had provided my contact details specifically for that purpose. Only one of the two incident participants that initiated the Western Victoria Police Application for a family violence order to protect me and my property faced any police action. The instigator of the incident provided his law firm to the accused. Both parties and their lawyers have given false and misleading statements to the court and police.

Your own sister (half sister) flagged this to you decades ago, as have your children repeatedly been trying to get you to seek help for sometime. I am, or at least was considered by you to be a close friend. As I stated to Christine Taplin when she recently pressed me for my layman's opinion of what condition you may be suffering from and chastised me for bringing it up to others (when you were on one of your uncontrolled spending sprees with company money and possibly money obtained in a not very appropriate way), if not for the family and friends that love you, who is it up to to try to get help for you, when there is a medical condition suspected, if not the responsibility of loving family and friends. Good friends and loving family can't just watch you suffer and maybe affect the life and success of those around you, when we should and are trying to get you to seek help. Please take your son's offers of support and go see a Physician, asking for a referral to a Psychiatrist, to be checked for Bi- Polar Effective Disorder. Whilst you definitely have a right to deny any issue with yourself, it is also a sign/symptom of the disorder your family and friends suspect you may have, that the sufferer will not have an objective view of their condition. If you won't accept the opinions of your sister, your former husband, your children, your friends and even some work related acquaintances with our suspicions about you suffering from an undiagnosed condition, please go back to Christine Taplin with one of your loving sons present. Christine may or may not be a registered or currently practicing Psychiatric Nurse, but at least you can with one or more family members present, ask her to definitively rule out that you have any of the signs and symptoms of Bi-Polar Effective Disorder. If Christine is true to her claim of being your new friend and is still supporting you with what you may have portrayed as some sort of workplace harassment or bullying situation, when it just a cry for help from me, supported by your family and some of your other friends, she Page 12 of 66

You need to bring your sons along when you ask for Christine's professional, or former professional opinion, as you will only say what is in your reality, which is not what I believe many others are seeing and feeling. Christine would be professionally and personally remiss if she continues to make statements similar to her comment at our Accountant's meeting, where she said I should not be doing what I am doing (with respect to trying to get you help). Managing Director I will look into gathering the information you requested, whilst hoping that you are not on some hunt to bring down Smart Buoy Co, John Marriott or myself financially, or some other that involves your recent boast that following the death of his mother and an inheritance being paid to the Marriott family members, that you were now going to proceed with divorcing John Marriott, with a view of having a property settlement which you stated to me, you thought you will do quite well out of. I would also potentially welcome any and every offer you may make, with respect to you selling your share of the business to me or someone else. I would, which hinges on stopping the delaying of working with the accountant to learn the true financial position of the company and the extent of my legal obligations with respect to the business essentials you have failed to do in your role as Business Manager, consider offers that may include me seeking finance to pay out your debts associated with the liquidation of the former BSA Pty Ltd so that it saves your Victoria Place property from being taken and sold to pay those costs, possibly also taking over or refinancing your high interest loan, associated with saving Lake Rd after the failure of both BSA's partners to pay the Commonwealth Bank business line of credit, clarifying that would only be the case if the debt figure was manageable by myself and the compensation for taking on those debts or re- financed debts was the 100% ownership of Smart Buoy Co with all assets, intellectual property etc etc (many of which are already listed as having my financial interest on the Australian Personal Property Security register, per my rights under the 2009 Act), plus the full title of the two Commercial Factory properties at 39-41 Lake Rd Stawell, so that Smart Buoy Co has a place to operate without rental costs, as you have repeated failed my requests to make contact with our current Real Estate Agent and have ignored her emails and calls regarding the invoice for outgoings you failed to pay, resulting in a Notice to Quit being issued for 21 Bosworth Road, which whilst likely to have been very avoidable if you only did your job, will kill the business' chances of trading out of trouble in the near future and likely be the start of having to put it into liquidation with no hope of recovery. Duties and Functions of The Ships Captain A ship's captain commands and manages all ship's personnel, and is typically in charge of the ship's accounting, payrolls, and inventories. The captain is responsible for compliance and regulations, maintaining the ship's certificates and documentation, and compliance with the vessel's security plan. The captain is responsible for responding to and reporting in case of accidents and incident.

Compliance One of a shipmaster's particularly important duties is to ensure compliance with the vessel's security plan, as required by The Plan which is customised to meet the needs of the ship and includes but is not limited to: 1. managing crew duties including conducting searches and inspections, 2. maintaining restricted spaces, 3. responding to threats from terrorists, hijackers, pirates, and

stowaways. The security plan also covers topics such as refugees and asylum seekers, smuggling, and saboteurs. 3. On ships without a purser, the captain is in charge of the ship's accounting.This includes: 4. ensuring an adequate amount of cash on board 5. coordinating the ship's payroll (including draws and advances) 6. managing the ship's slop chest. 7. On international voyages, the captain is responsible for satisfying requirements of the local immigration and customs officials. Immigration issues can include situations such as:

8. embarking and disembarking passengers 9. handling crew members who desert the ship 10. making crew-changes in port, 11. making accommodations for foreign crew members 12. Customs requirements can include: 13. The master providing a cargo declaration, a ship's stores declaration, 14. a declaration of crew members' personal effects, 15. crew lists and passenger lists.

The captain has special responsibilities when the ship or its cargo are damaged, when the ship causes damage to other vessels or facilities, and in the case of injury or death of a crew member or passenger. The master acts as a liaison to local investigators and is responsible for: 1. providing complete and accurate logbooks 2. reports, statements and evidence to document an incident. 3. Specific examples of the ship causing external damage include : 4. collisions with other ships or with fixed objects, 5. grounding the vessel, and dragging anchor. 6. Some common causes of cargo damage include: 7. heavy weather, 8. water damage, 9. pilferage, and damage caused during loading/unloading by the stevedores. 10. Finally, the master is responsible to address any medical issues affecting the passengers and crew by providing medical care as possible, cooperating with shore-side medical personnel, and, if necessary, evacuating those who need more assistance than can be provided on board the ship. SS Great Britain , an advanced passenger steamship in 1845, was the first iron steamer to cross the Atlantic in 14 days. She was the longest passenger ship in the world, from 1845 to 1854. Isambard Kingdom Brunel designed her for the Great Western Steamship Company's transatlantic service between Bristol and New York. She was built of iron and equipped with a screw propeller; Great Britain was the first to combine these features in a large ocean- going ship.

According to the Police LEAP file, Gippsland Police investigated my 2019 report to Western Victorian police of a workplace bullying and harassment incident by interviewing the accused, a 'friend' of the accused, an employee, the instigator of the incident and two of my sons/ employees. However, they did not interview me, the victim, even though Western Victorian Police had provided my contact details specifically for that purpose. The LEAP file illustrates a need for literacy training for police to communicate writing ability. Only one of the two incident participants that initiated the Western Victoria Police Application for a family violence order to protect me and my property faced any police action. The instigator of the incident provided his law firm to the accused. Both parties and their lawyers have given false and misleading statements to the court and police. They have embarked on a retaliatory campaign to destroy me and take over my assets.

11/07/2023 Sale MCV third application for a Personal Safety Order N11438379 My whole life stolen and the villains are protected by Victoria Police and the Magistrates Court. Tomato Sauce Lawyers hoovering $'s Everything was in my name, eight years after he had police remove me from my workplace. I took on liability for $500,000 and set him up financially secure for life after he retired. He has used rogue lawyers to take everything. And keeps on taking! A two-day trial in Family Court, his A ffi davit, and his lies saw him walk away with my remaining cash. His lawyers put in place a personal safety order that meant I could not comply with court requirements and today in MCV the requested three day trial has been reduced to one day. Magistrate refused WebEx request. I'm now homeless and destitute while he profits from my assets. Fraud and criminal activities flourish disguised as Family Violence. Police identified it as domestic violence. Since then I have lost my entire assets and elderly retired husband has taken everything. I am destitute and self represented in both the MCV and Family Court. Every lawyer I have engaged has harmed me. The perpetrator, 78 years old had destroyed every relationship of mine since I was eight years old when my father befriended him as a 23-year-old new teacher. He was 15 years older than me. expecting to receive under tracking number NND006745601000930304. I'm sorry to hear this was collected from the post office by someone else on 25/07/2023. My name is Michelle and we spoke on the phone before. Margaret, as per our phone conversation, we delivered to addresses not to a specific person. As such once a parcel is taken to the post office for collection anyone from that address can collect the parcel as long as the ID provided has the same address that is on the parcel. To collect a parcel you can show 1 valid form of photo ID, such as: Australian Driver License (physical or digital) Keypass or other Government-issued proof-of-age card Australian or international passport Digital iD Or 2 valid forms of ID without your photo, such as: Medicare card Credit card Bank statement Utility bill If you're collecting an item after a missed delivery, your ID will need to include the delivery address. If the item you’re collecting was addressed to a business (without a persons name), your ID only needs to prove your association with the business. Acceptable documents include a business card, business registration certificate, printout of a business email, or letter of authority on company letterhead.
