Workplace Bullying Workplace bullying is characterised as repeated unreasonable behaviour directed at an employee that creates a risk to their health and safety. Threats to harm someone, acts of violence, assault, property damage and stalking these are criminal matters that should be referred to the police. WorkSafe recommends that you report these types of incidents to Victoria Police which is responsible for investigating and prosecuting these matters NormaOlive Brown According to the Police LEAP file, Gippsland Police investigated my 2019 report to Western Victorian police of a workplace bullying and harassment incident by interviewing the accused, a 'friend' of the accused, an employee, the instigator of the incident and two of my sons/ employees. However, they did not interview me, the victim, even though Western Victorian Police had provided my contact details specifically for that purpose. Only one of the two incident participants that initiated the Western Victoria Police Application for a family violence order to protect me and my property faced any police action. The instigator of the incident provided his law firm to the accused. Both parties and their lawyers have given false and misleading statements to the court and police.

Hopefully by the end of the day I will have finished the shipping container packing and the exit from Leon's house. This forced move has, as I forecast to you, taken me away from many tasks required to manage the company through this critical time. Without your promised help in the moving out, after Leon threatened violence and with no money it has been extremely difficult to carry out the task on my own. Your interactions with my sons has also meant that they refused to help. The company could have been better managed if the three meetings I called had not been hijacked by you and at the latest meeting at Ken Whites Office had the Agenda items been discussed and a plan formed. I will be asking Ken White to defer working on our books until I have sorted out the entries that need reallocating and the entries where there is no document to identify the transaction. Hopefully tomorrow (if I have completed the moving task) I can attend to the suppliers that haven't been paid. I will also come up with a plan 'Where to from here'. I need information from you regarding how the company assets were transferred to Smart Buoy from BSA and also as much information you can document for me on assets that have been given to JM and others.
