Ms Marriott, See below re narrative for the report that forms the basis of Brian’s Order. ( please note this is what Brian has told the court, not what police have done) In regards to assisting you further, the only thing I can do for you, which was explained to you last night on the phone as well as I believe other members have also explained to you, is that you can put an order on Brian to stop him doing the behaviours you stipulate herein. The behaviours you mention, ie “emotional, coercive and Economic abuse” are all civil, which is what the IVO protects you from. This evokes Police powers and allows them to act if a party breaches the order by displaying such behaviours. Without the order in place, there is no power for police to do anything as they are all CIVIL. THE RESP IS A FORMER WORK COLLEAGUE AND FRIEND, EQUAL SHARE HOLDER IN BUSINESS. I HAVE KNOWN THE RESP FOR 5 YEARS. MY PREVIOUS APPLICATION WAS STRUCKOUT AS I ATTENDED COURT ON THE INCORRECT DATE, HENCE WHY I AM MAKING THIS APPLICATION. ON 23 AUG 2020 EMAIL FROM RESP IN BREACH OF INTERIM INTERVENTION ORDER K12415066. THIS BREACH OF THE IVO ADDS TO 48 OTHER BREACHES OF STALKING, PUBLIC FACEBOOK POSTING, TELEPHONE CALL MESSAGES, CONTACTING MY EMPLOYER AND OTHER HARASSMENTS. WHICH CAUSE APPREHENSION AND FEAR. I AM UNCOMFORTABLE AT MY WORKPLACE AND LEAVE THE GATE LOCKED. I ASK MY FRIENDS TO NOT DISCLOSE TO ANYONE WHERE I LIVE. I RESTRICT MY USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA FOR FEAR OF BEING STALKED. THE RESP HAS ME LIVING IN FEAR. THERE HAVE BEEN MANY PREVIOUS INCIDENTS, AND I HAVE DETAILED THESE IN A POLICE STATEMENT DATED 28/07/2020. I THINK THE RESP WILL CONTINUE THIS BEHAVIOUR AS IT HAS BEEN REPEATED HARASSMENT AND DEFAMATION BEFORE THE INTERIM IVO AND MANY BREACHES OF THE IVO MAKE ME BELEIEVE THE RESP WILL NEVER STOP. I AM UNSURE IF THE RESP HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH A CRIMINAL OFFENCE, BUT I HAVE MADE TWO STATEMENTS REGARDING BREACHES TO POLICE. I REQUIRE AN IMMEDIATE ORDER AS THE RESP HAS MADE THREATS TO DISPARAGE ME TO FAMILY, FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS AND THE RESP FRIGHTENS ME WITH HER MENTAL HEALTH INSTABILITY. I REQUIRE AN ORDER TO LAST MORE THAN 12 MONTHS AS THE RESP HAS A HISTORY OF AGGRESSION AND VIOLENCE, IS DELUSIONAL ABOUT OUR FORMER FRIENDSHIP BEING A RELATIONSHIP AND THE PREVIOUS IVO DID NOTHING TO CURB HER PROHIBITED BEHAVIOURS.
