All these m essages were delivered at the Conference but the one by Dr. A. C. Dixon. It was expected that this would be delivered in Los Angeles, but Dr. Dixon was called to China to deliver the same address there. Under the circum stances and because .of the nature o f the address and its quality it was thought best to include it among those printed.
