keenest enjoyment—not a dull moment during the whole week. The devotion­ al program under the leadership of Miss Myrtle Scott, teacher of the clubs, was blessed in every detail, and through the messages given each girl felt that she had been spoken to personally by the dear Lord, and that her very own heart problem had been met. Miss Rouzee gave inspiring Bible studies and a num­ ber of missionary programs were held. The climax of the Conference was the Consecration Meeting held Sunday af­ ternoon at the close of the session. With but a few exceptions, each girl dedi­ cated her life to the Lord to direct, guide and use in His service at home or abroad. Surely there was joy in heaven as, one by one, the girls squared their shoulders and deliberately walked up to lay their lives on the altar of the King! No emotional appeal was given, but as that still small voice of the Spirit spoke pleadingly and lovingly to the hearts and brought to their minds the sweetness of the “ life hid with Christ,” the joy of seeing Jesus and WE WILL INSURE SATISFACTORY RETURNS

of the week has enriched the life of each girl who attended. About forty girls attended the Con­ ference for the full week and about seventy-five girls spent the week-end there, some attracted by the social side of the program and others with a pure desire to have Christian fellowship and the spiritual blessing that they knew would attend that fellowship. Before the close of the week the Spirit had so touched each heart there that those who came simply for pleasure found themselves entangled in the love of Christ and many very willingly surren­ dered their lives to the only safe Coun­ selor and Guide. It was a sweet thing to see young girl and missionary or Bible woman side by side, barriers gone, bowing, at the feet of Jesus, singing, “ Have Thine Own way, Lord, Have Thine Own way.” Oh, blessed Saviour, Who can worK such transformations! The social program under the direc­ tion of Miss Mae Flathers of the Pasa­ dena Eteri Club was a source of the
