My name is ____ ______ and my full details are known to Police. Margaret MARRIOTT is a former friend and business associate, who was suspended from her roles of Book/ Accounts Keeper and Sales Manager at Smart Buoy Co P/L on 6th of August 2019. then dismissed on the 25th of October 2019 for serious misconduct as defined by the Fair Work Act. 27. Ms MARRIOTT's unrelenting 4+ years of online and in-person harassment, threats and her stalking me at my home and whilst I am shopping, plus her keeping me under surveillance in person and online, along with her seemingly never ending slandering of my character on social media using real and fake identity accounts, has me so worried about my safety and future ability to relax in my own home, that I am planning to move my home and business to a location not known by the Respondent. Ms MARRIOTT is scaring me, as she is known by family and former friends to be violent, aggressive, to have massive mood swings and to maintain vendettas against anyone that she perceives, or re-imagines as. having done her wrong. 28. Ms MARRIOTT is falsely claiming to anyone who will listen, that she is the Managing Director of Smart Buoy Co Pty Ltd and that we had, or are in an intimate relationship, when both these things are completely false. We were in business together and tried to be friends, until I took lawful action per the Fair Work Act as the sole Director of Smart Buoy Co Pty Ltd, to suspend and then dismiss Ms MARRIOTT for serious misconduct in October 2019. Following her dismissal, Ms MARRIOTT has maintained an extremely unhealthy fixation on me which includes relentless online harassing and in- person and online stalking of me, plus attempting to destroy my personal and business' reputation.
