29. 1 have Ms MARRIOTT blocked on all social media to avoid being constantly harassed by her PSIO breaching online behaviour. My family members and close friends who know Ms MARRIOTT and are aware of her family’s long-term concerns about Ms MARRIOTT’S mental health and her aggressive and violent behaviour, alert me when they are concerned for my safety, or see public publications or other PSIO prohibited behaviours that the Bairnsdale Magistrate has instructed me to report to Police. I remain very frightened knowing that the current and previous Personal Safety Intervention Orders have not stopped or slowed the Respondent’s online harassment, slander, threats and her in-person and online stalking of me, or her using others to keep me under surveillance and deliberately causing me apprehension. 30. Ms MARRIOTT continues to fraudulently re-register my workplace address of 21 Bosworth Road Bairnsdale 3875 as her residential address to VIC Roads, despite the Police having it removed at least twice. I have received postal mail harassment for more than four years with letters addressed to Ms MARRIOTT from Fines Victoria, VIC Roads, The Family Court and The Magistrates Court of Victoria, along with visits from Police, the Sherif, Summons Servers and others, which increases my apprehension and fear for my personal safety, as they are regular reminders of Ms MARRIOTT’S unrelenting psychotic and threatening behaviour towards me. 31. Ms MARRIOTT continues to fraudulently nominate my workplace’s Sales mobile number 0408 516 235 as her personal contact number, which causes me to be telephone call harassed by people looking for Ms MARRIOTT. In addition to calls from Police, looking to serve Ms MARRIOTT with final PSIO N11438379 and other calls from Police looking to arrest Ms MARRIOTT, I have recently received a telephone call from Shine Lawyers looking for Ms MARRIOTT and an East Gippsland Shire Council infringement officer looking for Ms MARRIOTT regarding an abandoned vehicle. 32.1 request Police attempt to locate Ms MARRIOTT via her mobile phone provider, so that she can be brought before a Magistrate and hopefully stopped from continuing her seemingly never-ending vendetta against me. I also request Police ask the Magistrate to order Ms Marriott to remove all the PSIO breaching publications she has made about me since 2019. With each deliberate breach of the PSIO by Ms MARRIOTT, I am growing more apprehensive and because of the Respondent’s massive mood swings, her vendetta personality, and her past violent behaviour towards me and others, I am very concerned for my personal safety and the security of my personal belongings and company assets. 18. Ms MARRIOTT's breaching of the Final PSIO and repeated breaching of the 29th of June 2024 Bail Undertaking conditions, indicates she has no intention of abiding by the PSIO or the Bail Undertaking and will continue to stalk me, publish online about me and harass me, causing me fear for my personal safety and my personal and company property. 19. I request Police enforce the conditions of the 29th of June Bail Undertaking and stop Ms MARRIOTT from reoffending before she attends Bairnsdale Magistrates Court on the 31st of July 2024.
