54. Maggie is currently 62 years of age. I am unsure where Maggie is residing at the moment. I have reason to believe that she may be located in the Leongatha area. 55. The children maintain a close relationship with me. They do not speak to Maggie. 56. Maggie has been diagnosed with bipolar. I have been informed that Maggie is presently involved in several legal matters; however, I am not aware of the particulars of such matters. 57. For the foregoing reasons, I humbly seek the Orders outlined in my Initiating Application filed herewith. 58. In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, this Affidavit has been signed in accordance with Joint Practice Direction 2: JPD2 of 2020 Special Measures in response to COVID- 19.
