On the 11th November 2020 at an unpublished time, Ms Marriott breached the IVO by communicating to me via a LinkedIn invitation. The also invitation contained a serious threat directed at me, warning that 'you will pay the price' if I don't withdraw the Personal Safety Order against her. Ms Marriott threatens to make a claim to the Family Court and to Workcover. He is 'paying the price' for his actions against me. My husband is destroying my financial base which is intertwined with his. I warned him that Centrelink required me to report the situation to ASIC. I had commenced the WorkCover Claim and he had taken all my documents along with my laptops and my work vehicle. On the 9th of December 2020 Ms Marriott breached the IVO by committing a prohibited behaviour in harassing me, with Ms Marriott following through with her 11th November 2020 threat to make a claim to Workcover, if I did not request of the Magistrates Court for the IVO to be withdrawn. My husband has somehow been able to direct my partner to abuse by proxy. It is as if my husband is channelling through my partner. Ms Marriott subsequently and falsely claimed to Workcover that her mental health issues were due to her 2019 employment by Smart Buoy Co P/L. Specifically, my 3rd August 2019 repossession of the company Toyota Tundra, which was stolen by Ms Marriott from my Eagle Point home, sometime between 11pm Saturday 6th July 2019 and 6am Sunday 7th July 2019. It is my work vehicle. Police have never investigated. I did email proof of this to the court. Ms Marriott's claim to Workcover was rejected as being due to her own serious misconduct, following an independent psychiatrist assessment and an independent investigation. Ms Marriott's actions in making this false and retaliatory Workcover claim, required me as the employer to perform more than three days of compiling the employer response and interviews, along with this false claim creating considerable stress, apprehension and a fear
