Lawyer Authored Text: I SEEK TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE PREMISES THAT IS LEASED BY MY JOINTLY OWNED COMPANY,S THAT I ONCE MORE HAVE A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE AND AM NO LONGER HOMELESS. I DID NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO APPEAR AT COURT AT THE FINALISATION OF THIS ORDER DUE TO MY DIRE FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES. THIS WAS A RESULT OF BEING DENIED THE OPPORTUNITY THE ACCESS ASSETS AND PROFITS FROM THE COMPANY I JOINTLY OWN WITH THE PROTECTED PERSON. MY CAR WAS UNREGISTERED AT THE TIME, I WAS UNABLE TO PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE AND I WAS AS SUCH UNABLE TO DRIVE TO THE HEARING. I NOTIFIED THE COURT OF THIS BUT THE ORDER WAS FINALISED IN MY ABSENCE. THE ORDER EXCLUDES ME FROM ANY PLACE THE PROTECTED PERSON WORKS. THE PROTECTED PERSON CURRENTLY WORKS AT A PREMISES WHICH IS LEASED BY THE COMPANY JOINTLY OWNED BY MYSELF AND THE PROTECTED PERSON. IT WOULD ORDINARILY BE MY PLACE OF RESIDENCE, AND EXCLUSION FROM IT IS RENDERED ME HOMELESS AND LIVING IN MY CAR. I'M A 62 YEAR OLD WOMAN AND IN A VERY VULNERABLE AND UNSAFE POSITION. 10 Extracts from one of the eight statements the Respondent has 1 made to the police. 7. On the 11th November 2020 at an unpublished time, Ms Marriott breached the IVO by communicating to me via a LinkedIn invitation. The also invitation contained a serious threat directed at me, warning that 'you will pay the price' if I don't withdraw the Personal Safety Order against her. Ms Marriott threatens to make a claim to the Family Court and to Workcover. He is 'paying the price' for his actions against me. My husband is destroying my financial base which is intertwined with his. I warned him that Centrelink required me to report the situation to ASIC. I had commenced the WorkCover Claim and he had taken all my documents along with my laptops and my work vehicle.
