I have been subjected to a Tsunami of abuse, and never once have I had help from police, lawyers, magistrates or DV services. I have spent $60,000 (all my Super) on the expectation that the FVIO would mean that my keys, passwords and the return of my online and offline world would be returned to me. Yet here I am two years later, stuck in a vortex of legal proceedings, facing jail because my narrative is never heard. My estranged husbands' actions have meant the loss of everything, my assets, my working life, my future prosperity AND MY DOG! He has destroyed every relationship, and my relationship with my partner is the latest. Any actions taken against my partner and our company also hurt me, both emotionally and financially. Our company and our relationship have been irreparably damaged, and the police action has exponentially increased the risk of physical violence. Any action I take to defend myself and to recover my working life plays into the hands of my husbands' campaign. “A Vortex Of Legal Proceedings, Facing Jail Because My Narrative Is Never Heard” For the fourth time, next Tuesday 28th August, at 10:00 am, Police have told me to present to a police station to be arrested as my partner has made more claims of breaches to the PSO, that will make nine statements to police. As I am on bail, I will be held on remand until 23rd November due to the criminal charges. Hearing which was adjourned from May. Lawyers have not had time to go over my case. Police failed to supply briefs within the mandated 14 days, and when some of the briefs were supplied there were pages missing and much of it is illegible. This saga has been unravelling since August 2019 when Stawell Police identified the actions instigated by my estranged husband as Family Violence.
