Summary Offences Summary offences are usually less serious offences. They are heard by a judicial officer in the Magistrates’ Court rather than by a judge and/or jury. If you have been charged with a summary offence, you should seek legal advice. in 2015 at husbands request Police removed me from my Workplace My estranged husband, who in 2015 had police remove me from our workplace, has instigated actions that have ensued the loss of my three properties, a business, my personal assets, vehicles, household assets, company assets, my digital real estate, a rich and rewarding lifestyle, AND MY DOG. Online Activities Compromised My online activities are compromised, and soon, I will lose what remains of my freedom. As I am on bail, I will be held on remand until the 23rd November hearing for the criminal charges of Stalking and 98 PSO breaches. The breaches are for posting on FaceBook, sending text messages to my own phone number, which he has taken, making a WorkCover claim, coming within 5m of the protected person at the police station after police told me to go to the station. I drove 200kms to arrive, finding my partner in attendance and joking about me with the Police Officer. Bairnsdale Police Station Family Violence is N ot Just Physical Posters On 16th August 2019 at the Bairnsdale police station, I saw eight posters about ‘Family Violence is not just physical’. Police in Bairnsdale consistently refused to discuss the FVIO K12030938 24 dated September 2019, where I am the protected person. Police gave me various excuses as to why they could not help me, which included: 1. that I needed a lawyer as it was a company matter. 2. There is no Order 3. There is an order against you (the interim PSIO K12415066 was not placed 20 th February 2020 five months after the FVIO was in place) 4. You will have to apply for a Variation ( I did that and the police prosecutor took over the Hearing, once again I was not able to speak 5. Its a civil matter 6. You need to change the address on your license with VicRoads 7. I have been arrested three times now. I am charged with stalking and 98 breaches of a personal safety order. 1. The Registrar accepted an application for a Personal Safety Order from my partner, defined in The Family Law Act as a ‘Family Member’. 2. The magistrate made the application into an Interim Order when there was an existing FVIO 3. An FVIO prevails over a PSIO and yet I was arrested for a breach of the PSIO when my partner was in breach, and not only for approaching within 5m, but he was driving my vehicle,
4. His behaviour is economically abusive 5. He has communicated about me by email 6. He uses the Police to locate me 7. His statements to police and the court are threatening
