Many files accidentally uploaded were screenshots of documents relating to my partner. He stated I posted photos to Flickr. One of the image files was the advice sent to me by Stawell Police that he was charged with Make Threats to Kill. Gippsland Police failed to hold a summary Case Conference. Emotionally and Financially Intertwined Since becoming intimate partners in 2015, I shared my working life with my partner, so our lives are emotionally and financially intertwined. As the managing director and company manager, I have a Duty of Care to my partner. His statements contain lies and false, misleading information. I had attempted to get help for him since April 2019 when I approached the department of Justice mediation centre in Morwell. Police have arrested me three times when an event instigated by my estranged husband caused my partner to be arrested in August 2019. In addition, police have charged me with stalking. Why was my partner at the police station at the exact time I have been told to present myself be interviewed at the Sale police station so they could arrest me? My partner was at the station, engaging in ‘Bro Talk’ with the constable. Both of them laughing at my partners comment about me. And then months later I am arrested again and charged with stalking and breaching the PSO at the police station! In his statements to police, he requests more than once that I be remanded. Go figure because I cannot. I cannot comprehend how I can defend myself against this escalating abuse carried out by proxy using Victoria Police on behalf of my estranged husband. I am slowly dying. Police failed to identify the perpetrator. He has taken everything, totally decimated my life, wrecked every relationship, only one I have recovered, and that is with my sister. She is a witness to my husband’s isolation tactics. I withstood his ridiculous sabotaging of my business activities for many years.
