You will have to apply for a Variation ( I did that and the police prosecutor took over the Hearing, once again I was not able to speak 5. Its a civil matter 6. You need to change the address on your license with VicRoads Police arrested me three times and charged me with stalking and 98 breaches of an invalid Personal Safety Order. 1. The Registrar accepted an application for a Personal Safety Order from my partner, defined in The Family Law Act as a ‘Family Member’. 2. The magistrate made the application into an Interim Order when there was an existing FVIO
