The accused at Bairnsdale between 2 nd February 2021 and 1 st April did stalk another person namely X by engaging in a course of conduct which included publishing on social media and communicating with over a carriage service with the intention of causing physical or mental harm to the victim, including self harm, or of arousing apprehension or fear in the victim for his or her own safety or the safety of another person. 7. On the 11th November 2020 at an unpublished time, Ms Marriott breached the IVO by communicating to me via a LinkedIn invitation. The also invitation contained a serious threat directed at me, warning that ‘you will pay the price’ if I don’t withdraw the Personal Safety Order against her. Ms Marriott threatens to make a claim to the Family Court and to Workcover. On the 9th of December 2020, Ms Marriott breached the IVO by committing a prohibited behaviour in harassing me, with Ms Marriott following through with her 11th November 2020 threat to make a
