claim to Workcover, if I did not request of the Magistrates Court for the IVO to be withdrawn. Ms Marriott subsequently and falsely claimed to Workcover that her mental health issues were due to her 2019 employment by Smart Buoy Co P/L. Specifically, my 3rd August 2019 repossession of the company Toyota Tundra, which was stolen by Ms Marriott from my Eagle Point home, sometime between 11pm Saturday 6th July 2019 and 6am Sunday 7th July 2019. Ms Marriott’s claim to Workcover was rejected as being due to her own serious misconduct, following an independent psychiatrist assessment and an independent investigation. Ms Marriott’s actions in making this false and retaliatory Workcover claim required me as the employer to perform more than three days of compiling the employer response and interviews, along with this false claim creating considerable stress, apprehension and a fear that her vindictive reprisal for my lawful dismissing of her employment, will never end unless the Court order is enforced. Acting As A Proxy For My Estranged Husband In 2019 a repeat of these actions, and the stealing of my digital Real Estate and the closure of a personal bank account made me homeless and destitute. Centrelink refused my claim because I was unable to supply the company financial information as my email and phone numbers were compromised. Not one domestic violence service, Police, Registrar or Magistrate provided any support whatsoever. I relied only on the kindness of strangers and charity for food. It was over a year before Centrelink paid me— I had no money, no registered vehicle to attend to Court Hearings where, even though I had provided information pertaining to my circumstance and I was a protected person under FVIO K12030938 the Bairnsdale Magistrate placed an Interim Personal Safety Order against me. The senior Police lawyer and head of the family violence unit at Bairnsdale was in attendance at every Hearing. That was the beginning of the end— The sky fell in
