Charge 4 The accused at an unknown location in Victoria on Wednesday the 9th of December 2020 being a person against whom a Personal Safety intervention order was made pursuant to Personal Safety Intervention Orders Act, and having been served with a copy of such an order or had an explanation of the order given to her in accordance with section 40 (Interim Order) of the Act did contravene that order by Making a false claim to WorkCover after telling the protected person that she would do so the Personal Safety Intervention Order was not withdrawn… causing stress, fear and apprehension to the Protected Person …surveillance, which frightens me as Ms Marriott’s gave me a bullet +with my name engraved into it in 2019 and shortly afterwards informed mutual friends __________and ___________, that she wanted me dead.I believe Ms MARRIOTT is deliberately maintaining a course of action that causes me to fear of being attacked or possibly killed by her, plus Ms MARRIOTT adds to that apprehension by causing me financial hardship, in her….
