It was over a year before Centrelink paid me— I had no money, no registered vehicle to attend to Court Hearings where, even though I had provided information pertaining to my circumstance and I was a protected person under FVIO K12030938 the Bairnsdale Magistrate placed an Interim Personal Safety Order against me. The senior Police lawyer and head of the family violence unit at Bairnsdale was in attendance at every Hearing.
