Acting As A Proxy For My Estranged Husband In 2019 a repeat of these actions, and the stealing of my digital Real Estate and the closure of a personal bank account made me homeless and destitute. Centrelink refused my claim because I was unable to supply the company financial information as my email and phone numbers were compromised. Not one domestic violence service, Police, Registrar or Magistrate provided any support whatsoever. I relied only on the kindness of strangers and charity for food. It was over a year before Centrelink paid me— I had no money, no registered vehicle to attend to Court Hearings where, even though I had provided information pertaining to my circumstance and I was a protected person under FVIO K12030938 the Bairnsdale Magistrate placed an Interim Personal Safety Order against me. The senior Police lawyer and head of the family violence unit at Bairnsdale was in attendance at every Hearing. I need help to report to police the breaches of the intervention order that’s in place now. I need help in getting my factory my office and my assets returned to me. The intervention order should give need this protection. I need help with technology so I was that I cannot be located. My working life and my social life are highly dependent on technology and the Internet. I need my access to my resources returned to me so I can keep myself safe from COVID-19. I am The Managing Director of MY Own company. How is it when we have a family law act and the police code of practice clearly stating that I am subjected to family violence and that the police take the matter seriously? It does not say that if you are in business with your partner that he is exempt from the law. Yet that is how I am being treated. Fobbed off with that’s a civil matter.
