The Applicant has, since I was eight years old turned every one of my relationships against me. Seven years after I had moved to the other side of the state, separated myself financially and left him financially secure for life he has managed to totally destroy, my relationship with my partner, all my adult children, and sabotage my business activities and lifestyle. His actions have left me destitute. The Applicant has used Heinz Law and the Family Court (Victoria Police and The Magistrates Court) to hurt me emotionally, psychologically and economically. The Applicants Affidavits contain remarks that untrue and are hurtful, distressing and irrelevant to financial proceedings. The Applicants' instigation of the incident of 3rd August middle of the night taking of my work vehicle, when I was 600km's from home and the subsequent manipulation of the over 27 magistrates hearings have been cruel. The failure by Victoria Police to investigate and the errors made by the Magistrates Court together with the false information given to both organisations has denied me secure accommodation in a pandemic, leaving me isolated, frightened and destitute. Centrelink will not pay me because I cannot supply my financial information. I survive only on the kindness of strangers and charity. In the year (2015) that the Applicant locked me out of my work and company—I was employed at a bus company - income $28,206:00. Your clients income of $2000 came from the company - he didn't actually do any work. Heinz Law have acted in the latest Personal Safety Order proceedings, with a clause specifically precluding me from communicating through a lawyer, to my partner (former employee- dismissed for serious misconduct by email to Heinz Law) 2. 3.
