d. in The Court Notes B- caused the errors made by the magistrates court on 16th September 2019, 20th February 2020 and the 10th September 2020. e. Heinz Law caused the court to repeat the error identified by Victoria Police that led to the three arrests and charges of stalking and 98 breaches of the invalid PSO i. After the police application for the PSIO to be revoked Heinz law immediately applied for a third PSO thus ii. prolonging the matter, and giving further opportunity 1. for police to arrest me and 2. preventing access to my workplace, accommodation and 3. preventing me from earning a living. f. These actions against me have also meant that Centrelink rejected my claim. i. I do not have any money for transport, the company vehicle I was driving is no longer registered or roadworthy. ii. But for the kindness of strangers I would be sleeping rough.
