And then applied to the same magistrate that made the error in 20 Feb 2020, to revoke the invalid Personal Safety Order. Those SIX police briefs denied me the Escaping Family Violence payment. And my Barrister refused to continue with my application to have the Order revoked BECAUSE of the Criminal Charges. I have endured long periods of no income and isolation because of these charges. I’ve spent all my married life isolated from EVERYONE I am not going to let my husband get away with anymore of his absurd controlling actions that have caused death and destruction. I know you cannot understand the consequences (it’s taken me long enough) but I will not put anyone else in danger. So stop thinking about me, it’s just not possible, safe or desirable for me to be with you. There are enough warnings from these obsessive delusional men to make me think they will continue to do you harm.
