34. Ms MARRIOTT's 53 months online and in-person harassment, stalking, surveillance, defamation, threats and unwanted communication are having an accumulating toll on me, to the point of negatively impacting my mental health and making me feel constantly stalked and apprehension whenever I leave my home and the locked security gates of my workplace. 35.On the 171h of July 2023 in the Latrobe Valley Magistrates Court, Ms MARRIOTT told Her Honour Magistrate Collins, that she will never accept the Personal Safety Intervention Order. Ms MARRIOTT's persistent breaches of the PSIO indicate that she has no intention to stop breaching the PSIO, which because of her past aggressive and violent behaviour, along with her extreme mood swings and her immediate family's long term surveillance, causes me great fear for my personal safety.
