02 Magistrates Court and Victoria Police Mismanagement The Magistrates Court and Victoria police enabled the domestic abuse of my estranged husband, which enabled him to take control of my assets during COVID19 in 2020. His manipulation of others, including the police, has sabotaged my business activities and made me homeless and destitute. I can no longer defend myself against the abuse: he has disrupted my work, my rich & rewarding lifestyle, and I am denied access to assets, properties, and family heirlooms. My company, personal belongings AND MY DOG have been stolen. Furthermore, the perpetrator is emboldened and validated by the mandate of the court after the Magistrate placed another Personal Safety Order against me, which expires 2060, making it a criminal offence for me to go to my residential workplace or to communicate with my life partner and to my own domain and phone numbers about our company. I can do nothing to defend myself against lies and false information. I can do nothing to make workplace claims. I can do nothing to protect against family violence as defined by the Family Law Act. 03 Process Validates And Emboldens My situation worsens with my partner's interaction with the police and the court; he is acting as a proxy for my estranged husband. The whole process validates and emboldens them. So how can it possibly go from Stawell Police putting in place an FVIO K12030938 and Bairnsdale police refusing to enforce it; to an interim PSIO K1245066, making it six months later a criminal offence for me to go to my own residential workplace or communicate with my partner and our company? 04 Transported Handcuffed and 24 hrs in Custody What has been the dollar cost of well over seventy magistrates’ hearings, four arrests, me transported handcuffed lying on the floor of a Divvie Van, crying and arriving at the Morwell Police station at 2:30 am and the 24 hrs in custody? Thousands of court-related documents, 17 statements to Police providing false and delusional information. Three of the six or seven Briefs that I have been able to get hold of are 43, 44 and 103 pages. The screenshots of the offending posts are illegible. The police have consistently failed to provide the required briefing within the prescribed 14-day timeframe. Those that were supplied are illegible and have pages missing. (2026 Five Briefs, obviously written by the ‘victim’ and no investigation by the Informant) 05 Sixty Police Officers with Eyes On Water Police Constable Tara… 30-something giving me, a matriarch, and managing director relationship advice … "it's not good for you to have his photo on your phone". Then she writes it up as the evidence to charge me with stalking and breaching the invalid PSO. Over 60 police have been on. I'm not allowed to care; I’m supposed to want revenge or retribution. I've been trying to get help for him since April 2019. Police turned a male DV victim into a criminal, then they validated his paranoia, encouraged his delusions and made criminal charges against me. Police failed to investigate the first incident and discover the real perpetrator.
