06 Perpetrators Emboldened & Validated By Mandate Of A Bairnsdale Magistrate Furthermore, the perpetrators are emboldened and validated by the mandate of a Bairnsdale Magistrate after a Personal Safety Order against me and in place until 2060, making it a criminal offence for me to go to my residential workplace or communicate with my intimate partner and our shared company. In addition, an interim PSIO was placed against me six months after the existing FVIO was put in place. After that Interim PSO was struck out, another was applied for by my 'intimate partner' and then placed against me at the Hearing that I was unable to attend due to circumstances brought about by my partner and even though I notified the Magistrates Court about the situation. 07 Stalking And 98 Breaches Of A PSIO The promulgation of false information has misled police, and they have failed to identify the veracity of the statements contained in the briefs. Furthermore, the police officers who interviewed me did not understand technology or social media and acted on the false information. They arrested then charged me with stalking and 98 breaches of a PSIO. I have recordings of the three arrest interviews where police either fail to understand or refuse to accept my explanation. At every stage, police have told me they cannot help as it is a company - "you need a lawyer", they say to me, yet my partner's statements exclusively refer to workplace matters. Stawell Police identified an abusive event on August 4th 2019, as Family Violence. It was an abuse carried out by my estranged husband via the proxy of my partner. At least nine statements have been made to police by my partner; they are contained in the briefs generated by police after they arrested then charged me with stalking and 98 breaches of a PSO. At no stage have police investigated or checked the veracity of the statements with me. Actually, all the accusations made against me are what has been done to me. Over 10,000 words have been given to the court and the police, assassinating my character. Lies and mischaracterisation have been used in a conspiracy to steal my assets and my company. In addition, my estranged husband is continuing his decades-old campaign to gain control over me and my assets. 08 Every Relationship Destroyed Beginning in 1969, my husband has destroyed every one of my relationships; he had an affair with my mother after my father had befriended him. He had a sexual relationship with me when I was 16 or 17; he was thirty-one. I have never allowed him to direct my business activities or my company work. In 2017 I paid him $30 for his half share of the company that I founded and took on the liabilities he created after locking me out of our workplace and preventing me from earning a living. 09 Application to Revoke the Personal Safety Order The lawyer's text in the Application to Revoke the Personal Safety Order does not accurately portray the situation. It gives no clue to the court that I am the managing director of the company that employs myself and my partner. It does not inform the court that the registered place of business of both my companies is the address that I am kept out of by the court's mandate until 2060.
The following text more accurately describes the situation and should have been provided to the court. A friend authored the text, which the lawyer refused to include in place of their own.
