Transported 2 hours handcuffed in a dog box—24 hrs in Custody What has been the dollar cost of the seventy plus magistrates hearings, four arrests, transporting me 100km’s handcuffed, lying on the floor of a divvie van, crying and traumatised, arriving at the Morwell Police station at 2:30 am and the 24 hrs in custody? There are well over 300 court-related documents, twelve statements to Police, providing false and delusional information. Three of the six or seven Briefs that I have been able to get hold of are 43, 44 and 103 pages. The screenshots of the offending posts are illegible. Police have failed consistently to supply the Briefs within the prescribed time of 14 days, and those that were supplied are illegible and have pages missing. Sixty Police Officers with Eyes On Water Police Constable Tara…30 something giving me, a matriarch, and managing director relationship advice … "it's not good for you to have his photo on your phone". Then she writes it up as the evidence to charge me with stalking and breaching the invalid PSO. Over 70 police have had eyes on. I'm not allowed to care for the man I loved - I’m supposed to want revenge or retribution. I've been trying to get help for him since April 2019. Police turned a male DV victim into a criminal, then they validated his paranoia, encouraged his delusions and made criminal charges against me. Police failed to investigate the first incident and discover the real perpetrator. Perpetrators Emboldened & Validated By Mandate Of A Bairnsdale Magistrate Furthermore, the perpetrators are emboldened and validated by the mandate of a Bairnsdale Magistrate after a Personal Safety Order against me and in place until 2060, making it a criminal offence for me to go to my residential workplace or communicate with my intimate partner and our shared company. In addition, an interim PSIO was placed against me six months after the existing FVIO was put in place. After that Interim PSO was struck out, another was applied for by my 'intimate partner' and then placed against me at the Hearing that I was unable to attend due to circumstances brought about by my partner and even though I notified the Magistrates Court about the situation.
