If the Company does not maintain records in one or more of the categories requested, we will respond in writing that we do not maintain such records, but will still permit inspection, copying, and receipt of copies of the other requested records that we maintain. Several employee records are maintained in the CREA, LLC Paylocity self service portal and are accessible to employees at https://access.paylocity.com/. Any in-person inspection will take place at a location reasonably near your workplace during normal working hours. If such time or place is inconvenient for you, we will work with you to schedule a time or place that is more convenient. Inspection must occur in the presence of a Company representative. If you request copies of the records, include the email or mailing address you want the documents sent to. All requests by an outside party for information contained in your personnel file, and/or for copies, will be directed to Human Resources department, which is the only department authorized to give out such information.
