We no longer have a Business Insurance Policy and the Workers Insurance has not had the estimate for 2020 submitted. Your hostility and abusive manner along with your non collaboration have meant that I no longer see any potential of possibility of success in any venture you are a part of. I will not be a party to business operations that are possibly fraudulent and definitely unprofessional in my view. Your bullying and interference in my work have thwarted the work on Victoria Place and delayed the transfer of the loan to the ANZ Bank, your espousing of my supposedly having a mental disorder to my adult children, business associates and others has damaged me (and my children). Your inaction and withdrawal of support have meant I have no where to call home and have not been able to carry out my planned living arrangements which were to provide me with a simple living arrangements and allow me more hours to spend on developing the company. Every one of my efforts to employ people to assist me in the administration tasks has been a failure. I have been attempting to draw your attention to the companies requirements and matters which should be attended to for many many months now. Your behaviour as Director is not consistent with duties set out in the corporations act and indeed your workplace behaviour is not acceptable and I will be submitting a report to Worksafe about your abusive behaviour towards me. I have already reported to the police. I needed help with moving and packing of the container — you did not assist me and ended up taking my personal stuff to the factory instead of allowing me to pack the items I wished to have in the container. Now you threaten to put my stuff into the factory yard.
