Tips to Tackle Your Day

ORGANIZATION IS KEY TO MANAGING A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS.

t’s Monday. You come into the office, sit at your desk, and

needing a place to live, things never stop breaking, tenants (and even owners at times) don’t always do what they’re supposed to. There is never a dull moment or a shortage of things to do. We are in a fast- paced business, so things need to run smoothly. But, how do you help ensure that happens? If you aren’t organized, you are likely to have a hard time keeping up with the day-to-day activities that can snowball and lead to upset clients. If you procrastinate, you’re only digging yourself deeper into a hole. I’ve attended multiple NARPM conventions and sat in on workshops

regarding organization and a lot of the tips the speakers gave have proved to be very useful. Here are some of the best tips to tackle your days: TIP #1 Constantly checking emails can often only get you side-tracked. Instead, check emails at certain time intervals throughout the day. In between those intervals, make yourself focus on one task at a time. But, that can be virtually impossible some days, right?
