suitable materials that will last season to season. One of the ways outdoor spaces have expanded and evolved is by bringing technology right into the backyard! Flatscreen TVs are now a hot commodity in outdoor spaces, although you need to remember to keep them in an area where they are guarded from the elements or invest in a weather-protective cover made for electronics. Are you a grill master? Outdoor cooking has gone to a whole new level with kitchens equipped with built-ins around the grill, refrigerators, sinks, and counters. Getting chilly at night or looking for a little ambiance? How about adding an outdoor firepit or fireplace? And, there’s always the option to have an outdoor dining area. These days, some outdoor dining spaces are so sophisticated that they look like they belong indoors!

That is, until you take a closer look and see that everything there is designed to be outdoors and weather resistant. Perhaps the dining area is just a small round table with four chairs and an umbrella for some shade. Either way, there are now so many beautifully done plastic and melamine dishes, bowls, server ware, barware and glasses that it’s hard to tell they’re not breakable. So, what are you waiting for?
