Dated August 2019, after he instigated an incident in my workplace at Stawell in the middle of the night after Ballarat police were notified that family violence was to take place. I have been living and working from the company 4wd for over four years whilst he has taken up residence at my accommodation and workplace in Bairnsdale. Dear ______(Partner since 2015) Following on my accounts of some of the many incidents involving my wife over the years. These incidents, and others, have led me to believe that she is mentally unstable and in dire need of help. One of the most interesting aspects of Maggie's personality was the way she "mistreated" those who were most important to her, and then when they in return, acted against her actions, she would be well and truly miffed and upset by that negative reaction. Before we took up together she was living (in separate dwellings) with her father on the property at Briagolong. Approximately every three months she would have an altercation with her father. When we got together approximately 30 years ago it was I who took the brunt of her outbursts that would have meant the end of a relationship in a 'normal' situation. When she got the usual reaction that such an outburst would bring she could not seem to understand that reaction: and would expect that everything would continue as normal. (he'd had Police remove me from our workplace and remove my authorised signature from the company bank accounts). He has completely stripped me of assets and moved into my workplace, taking over my entire life. His proxy and their Flying Monkeys continue to obliterate me online. I have never had any help whatsoever from the Police, DV services or any other entity. Victoria Police, Registrars, Magistrates and Judges have never allowed me to speak. My husband's law firm acts for my own company and my partner. This law firm has placed a personal safety order, which made it a criminal offence for me to go to my workplace and profit from my assets. The conspirators/perpetrators have stolen my whole world and were able to have police arrest and charge me with stalking. It took a year for the Police to realise that the magistrate had made an error and withdraw the charge. They have had my LinkedIn, Facebook, and other publishing platforms permanently suspend my accounts. My biggest mistake was reporting a workplace bullying and harassment incident on 3 August 2019 to Western Victorian Police. Gippsland Police investigated, and even though Victims of Crime have paid me and the Police applied a Family Violence order placed to protect me and my property, Bairnsdale police refused to recognise the order. ON MONDAY THE 15TH OF JUNE 2015 THE AFM WAS SHOPPING AT LOCAL SUPERMARKET AND ENCOUNTERED RESP IN CARPARK WHEN HE WAS TRYING TO LEAVE IN HIS VEHICLE. The two offenders notified Ballarat police of their intention to take my vehicle. When I called 000 after seeing my vehicle being driven away, two smirking constables turned up at 2am, letting me know who had taken the vehicle. Apparently, if you are in a relationship with someone who steals from you, there will be no consequences. The instigator of this incident (my estranged husband) has been disrupting and sabotaging my business activities for many years; he has destroyed, groomed and manipulated every relationship of mine since I was eight years old. After I reported the incident instigated by my estranged husband to Western Victoria Police, Gippsland Police 'investigated' by interviewing three employees (two of whom are my sons), the boyfriend of an employee's estranged wife, my estranged husband, and my partner, also an employee. Gippsland Police did not interview me even though Stawell Police had provided my phone number for that purpose. All these people gave false and misleading information. Stawell Police identified the incident as family violence. However, the abuse was carried out in my workplace and is company-related. The perpetrator, aided and abetted by a law firm and Victoria Police, formed a mob and continued stalking, sending abusive text messages, preventing me from carrying out the fiduciary duties as managing director of the company that I am the founder of. Failure to Protect - Australia (exposing Family Court & related systems) Dear Chief Justice William Alstergren, I write to congratulate you on your excellent publication The Family Court Rules Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Family Law) Rules 2021 The Rules are easily understood and gave me great hope that there would be a fair trial. However, his lawyers did not abide by the rules. I was confident I could self-represent and I was well able to use the Family Court portal to lodge. Everything was in my name and covered by agreements. He was financially secure for life. He had free accommodation as a caretaker at my industrial complex, a pension with a two-storey house able to be rented out. He had received $200,000 in Superannuation, a pension bonus scheme and an inheritance. I walked away with the liability of $500,000 he created when he locked me out of the company I founded in September 2000. His lawyers have orchestrated proceedings in the magistrates court in conjunction with statements made to Victoria Police that made it a criminal o ff ence for me to go to my workplace and accommodation, and carry out my responsibilities as a company director. He had stolen my company vehicles and taken up residence at the address I am prevented from going to. The family court judge did not have time to preside over the four-day trial and my husband’s lawyers estimated $100,000 in fees.

These incidents, and others, have led me to believe that she is mentally unstable and in dire need of help. One of the most interesting aspects of Maggies personality was the way she “mistreated” those who were most important to her, and then when they in return acted against her actions, she would be well and truly mi ff ed and upset by that negative reaction. Before we took up together she was living (in separate dwellings) with her father on the property at Briagolong. Approximately every three months she would have an altercation with her father. When we got together approximately 30 years ago it was I who took the brunt of her outbursts that would have meant the end of a relationship in a ‘normal’ situation. When she got the usual reaction that such an outburst would bring she could not seem to understand that reaction: and would expect that everything would continue as normal. It was as though she was testing to see if she was still accepted, loved and wanted…. ....Prior to this she misappropriated approximately $190,000 from the business (Buoyage Systems Australia PTY LTD) and refused to say what she’d done with it. Our relationship well and truly broke down. I endeavoured to keep the factory operating but with no support from “the o ffi ce”, all production ceased. I resigned, retired and accepted an o ff er of $100,000 plus royalties for my share of the business. This money has not been forthcoming and I find myself in financial di ffi culties and about to be evicted from the factory where I have been living to date. First Constable: You just can’t keep doing it, because what happens is the Magistrate might remand you next time, do you understand what that is? MM: I’ll go to jail First Constable: Yeah, so what happens is they’ll handcuff you like this [motioning] MM: I was the victim of a family violence event – where I received a family violence intervention order
First Constable: And I know you haven’t been remanded before, but what happens is basically, you’ll go in the back police cells, it’s not like there’s a nice bed and stuff like that. It’s like a slab in the side of the wall and basically like a foam mattress, that’s it. And you could be in there potentially for days. - I would have been on remand for over 150 days! Until Victoria Police realised they did not have evidence to charge me with stalking and then applied to have the Personal Safety Order revoked due to error by a magistrate.

In the interview at 10:30 pm, police showed me illegible screenshots of the alleged breaches of an invalid PSO. Constable kept telling me that I had been dismissed from (my own) company. Police moved my Prado and trailer to Coles carpark and transported me handcuffed, lying on the floor and crying in the back of the Divvy Van to Morwell. We arrived at 2:30 am. 100km drive. Bail hearing at 4 pm, Six Custody Officers moved me from cells to the courtroom and I walked barefoot & handcuffed with hands in back to the court, shaking & following a sneezing custody officer, escorted & sit in the dock, between them shoulders touching & no masks. The Police prosecutor apposed bail and made every effort to have me locked up; she could not pronounce LinkedIn, and kept saying Larkin, used my surname for my partner (who is denying having a relationship) and made many other mistakes. (he'd had Police remove me from our workplace and remove my authorised signature from the company bank accounts). He has completely stripped me of assets and moved into my workplace, taking over my entire life. His proxy and their Flying Monkeys continue to obliterate me online. I have never had any help whatsoever from the Police, DV services or any other entity. Victoria Police, Registrars, Magistrates and Judges have never allowed me to speak. My husband's law firm acts for my own company and my partner. This law firm has placed a personal safety order, which made it a criminal offence for me to go to my workplace and profit from my assets. The conspirators/perpetrators have stolen my whole world and were able to have police arrest and charge me with stalking. It took a year for the Police to realise that the magistrate had made an error and withdraw the charge. They have had my LinkedIn, Facebook, and other publishing platforms permanently suspend my accounts.
My biggest mistake was reporting a workplace bullying and harassment incident on 3 August 2019 to Western Victorian Police. Gippsland Police investigated, and even though Victims of Crime have paid me and the Police applied a Family Violence order placed to protect me and my property, Bairnsdale police refused to recognise the order. A Tsunami of DARVO, projection and manipulation was triggered. An old established law firm has profited off a delusional and paranoid old man and a mentally unwell (caused by poisoning and manipulation) to the tune of $150,000.
They used the Police and the judiciary to locate me—1,649 days homeless and destitute, relying on charity and the kindness of strangers.

The whole process emboldened and supported, and Victoria Police have aided and abetted fraud and family violence. I am on Facebook as NormaOlive Brown. It is no wonder that so many people are murdered by their partners when all someone has to do is go into a police station or a court and say anything at all. No evidence is required. Under the intervention order system, the constable decides on guilt. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. I have documented these extraordinary events that have come about due to administrative failures in the Police and the magistrates court. You have been woken by the sound of your high-performance work vehicle starting up. Police take 2 hours to arrive and two smirking constables inform you who has taken it. It is 2 am and the police response is distressing. You cannot comprehend their reaction to your report of a stolen vehicle. You find that your other work vehicle has been parked in the exact place you had parked, the evening before. The vehicle is locked. You do not have the key. He does not answer his phone so you leave a message demanding he return with your vehicle. After falling asleep at 4 am you are woken by abusive banging on the window. He has returned and moved the locked vehicle to under the window of the room you are sleeping in, leaving the vehicle unlocked with a key fob inside. Some of your belongings are in the back. Later that Sunday morning, at the police station, after you insisted on reporting the incident, whilst the police are taking your statement, the contractor who was witness to the abuse has also made a statement. You are in shock and have no idea what has happened, you have had very little sleep and are barefoot because your shoes are in your work vehicle. You have no money, your fuel cards, MacBook, keys to your residential workplace, keys to the RSL Hall (you are secretary), work laptop, working documents have all been taken away with your work vehicle. The constable is barely able to type and after you ramble on attempting to make sense of it all, you dictate how he should write it. It takes hours, and then you drive 600km back home thru Melbourne. You simply have no comprehension of what just happened. A few days later you read through your statement and see Police have advised that there should be an intervention order in place to protect you. You have no idea what the hell that means! But you have now, lost control of your life - YOU ARE A VICTIM OF FAMILY VIOLENCE as defined in The Family Law Act. You must learn terminology and learn that you will get no help and no protection from the police or DV services. Two offenders took my work vehicle containing keys, personal MacBook, Work Laptop (one of three set identically to run my company), keys to Paynesville RSL Victoria, Kindle, shoes, hi-viz workwear, company documents, private documents and much more in the
middle of the night when I was at my Stawell Office on business. They left
another company vehicle in its place, with no fuel, causing damage to the vehicle. I was stranded 600 km from home with no money or shoes, distraught from the night's events. Worksafe advises reporting these types of behaviours to Victoria Police. Victims Of Crime took two years to pay me a paltry amount, although I can claim again within six years.
One offender notified Ballarat police of their intention to take my vehicle. When I called 000 after seeing my vehicle being driven away, two smirking constables turned up at 2am, letting me know who had taken the vehicle. Apparently, if you are in a relationship with someone who steals from you, there will be no consequences. The instigator of this incident (my estranged husband) has been disrupting and sabotaging my business activities for many years; he has destroyed, groomed and manipulated every relationship of mine since I was eight years old. After I reported the incident instigated by my estranged husband to Western Victoria Police, Gippsland Police 'investigated' by interviewing three employees (two of whom are my sons), the boyfriend of an employee's estranged wife, my estranged husband, and my partner, also an employee. Gippsland Police did not interview me even though Stawell Police had provided my phone number for that purpose. All these people gave false and misleading information. Stawell Police identified the incident as family violence. However, the abuse was carried out in my workplace and is company-related. The perpetrator, aided and abetted by a law firm and Victoria Police, formed a mob and continued stalking, sending abusive text messages, preventing me from carrying out the fiduciary duties as managing director of the company that I am the founder of.
