Post Separation Abuse utilising Family Court, Magistrates Court and Victoria Police. He paid over $100,000 to an old established law firm to destroy me. This law firm with full knowledge of my new relationship and that I am the managing director of the company I founded in 2000 has also billed my now estranged partner and my company an expected $40-50,000 to put in place personal safety orders that made it a criminal o ff ence for me to go to my accommodation and workplace. They attempted to get me to pay $18,000 costs stating that I was vexatious. This law firm represents my estranged husband, my partner and my own company.
My estranged husband has, by proxy used his law firm to bring proceedings in the magistrates court which made it a criminal o ff ence for me to comply with the requirements of his vexatious property proceedings in the family court.
It is a criminal o ff ence for me to go to my workplace, accommodation and to my address with ASIC, the electoral roll and VicRoads. Victoria Police removed me from my workplace and home address in 2015 at the request of my husband as noted in my LEAP report (police file). In 2019 Stawell Police applied an FVIO to protect me and my property but Bairnsdale police and magistrates refused to recognise the order. Neither entity operates according to both of the Intervention Order Acts. As a result, I am homeless and destitute living in the company 4WD (my company) and prevented from profiting from my assets while others have committed fraud sanctioned by the state. My husband has manipulated and coerced every single person who as any association with me since I was eight ( as he so clearly stated to the judge in the family court conciliation) When the legal process is not followed by the judiciary, lawyers and police THERE IS N O HOPE OF JUSTICE
