destroyed every single relationship of mine starting with my mother and father, brother, sister now restored, all of my adult children, employees, friends, lovers, partners and business associates. He has sabotaged all my business and company activities even though he was financially secure for life.

54. Maggie is currently 62 years of age. I am unsure where Maggie is residing at the moment. 55. The children maintain a close relationship with me. They do not speak to Maggie. 56. Maggie has been diagnosed with bipolar. I have been informed that Maggie is presently involved in several legal matters; however, I am not aware of the particulars of such matters. Second Arrest Interview First Constable: Alright, I think we’ve covered everything, which is good. First Constable: You just can’t keep doing it, because what happens is the Magistrate might remand you next time, do you understand what that is? MM: I’ll go to jail First Constable: Yeah, so what happens is they’ll handcuff you like this [motioning] MM: I was the victim of a family violence event – where I received a family violence intervention order First Constable: And I know you haven’t been remanded before, but what happens is basically, you’ll go in the back police cells, it’s not like there’s a nice bed and stuff like that. It’s like a slab in the side of the wall and basically like a foam mattress, that’s it. And you could be in there potentially for days. - I would have been on remand for over 150 days! Until Victoria Police realised they did not have evidence to charge me with stalking and then applied to have the Personal Safety Order revoked due to error by a magistrate. Corroborator: A lady of your good history shouldn’t be there MM: But you know what that means? It means that they’ve won. They’ve absolutely smashed my life to smithereens. I live on Facebook, social media – I do the Bairnsdale RSL Facebook page. My whole way of life is run through social media Corroborator: You can still use it, you just can’t publish anything about _______ MM: Yeah I understand, but I’d say that those posts are about what is happening to me and the injustice of it and the total waste of police and Magistrates’ time. This could have been fixed back in April 2019 when I went to the Justice Department mediation and then the fact that the Magistrate has just validated... My husband was there in court, to see me... to basically have them say “yep, go for it boys. You’ve got every right to take everything from her”.
