The holidays tend to be a prime time for associates to volunteer their time and effort for the ongoing Team Up Community Challenge . But in the last several weeks, you’ve shown us how you’re making a difference all year long! We’ve received lots of pictures of your Team Up events. The projects have run the gamut, from volunteering at local food banks and Special Olympics competitions, to a March of Dimes walk, a highway cleanup day and recognition for police dispatch teams. We want to say thank you for sending us your pictures, and keep them coming! Remember to send your photos and Team Up details to TeamUp@Averitt.com . SERVING UP A NEW HOBBY Scoring Points On And Off The Court Nashville city driver KYLE HENDERSON always enjoyed being active, but a move to Florida served up something new – pickleball. “I was walking the dog one day and stumbled across some courts,” Kyle says. “I figured I’d give it a try. Once I did, I was hooked.”
GEAR FOR THE GAME With his new paddles and portable net, Kyle can bring the game with him wherever he goes, inviting family and friends to join the fun. His Red Thinkin’ Rewards points didn’t just buy equipment – they helped fuel a passion that keeps him active, competitive and connected. For Kyle, Red Thinkin’ Rewards isn’t just about the prizes – it’s about turning points into opportunities. Whether it’s furnishing a home, taking care of family or gearing up for your next big hobby, every point you earn has the power to make a difference. We’re proud to support Kyle and associates like you in living your passions. Your stories inspire us to keep growing the Red Thinkin’ Rewards program to serve you even better. When he returned to Tennessee, Kyle wanted to keep playing – but he needed the right gear. That’s when he turned to our Red Thinkin’ Rewards program to help him stay in the game. BIG POINTS, BIG PLAYS Thanks to safe driving and milestone achievements, Kyle had saved up about 45,000- 50,000 Red Thinkin’ Rewards points. He put them to great use, picking out two Franklin Pro Tour paddles – along with a portable pickleball net. Kyle’s strong start in the city fleet also helped him boost his balance even more.
“When I first came over to city, I was doing a pretty good job with all the different routes as a flex driver,” Kyle shares. “Erica in dispatch actually threw me some extra points because she said she appreciated the effort and positive attitude.” Nashville associate KYLE HENDERSON takes a swing with the new pickleball paddle he got by using Red Thinkin' Rewards points.
