2021 DEBORAH MUTEMWA-TUMBO 30, ZAMBIA AND SOUTH AFRICA FOUNDER AND CEO, TSUMBO SCOTT INCORPORATED INDUSTRY: LAW Deborah Mutemwa-Tumbo is a Zambian- born South African lawyer who gained recognition for her work that has had a transformative effect on law in South Africa. Mutemwa-Tumbo established Tsumbo Scott with her business partner, Dr Tshepiso Scott, as an all-black, young,
female-owned-and-run corporate commercial law firm. She states:
