M 06 Stop Bullying At Work Workplace bullying occurs when: an individual or group of individuals repeatedly behaves unreasonably towards a worker AND the behaviour creates a risk to health and safety. Bullying behaviours can include: the making of vexatious allegations against a worker text message to Shopfitters: “I know Maggie is a wonderful person, but I also believe she may need some help with her health. I have tried to get her to a doctor for a referral to a specialist, as have others.”spreading rude and/or inaccurate rumours about an individual, and that she suspected Maggie was on one of her big spend ups, which have indicated in the past she was in or heading towards another health episode.
