In July 2019, conspirators stole my Online Infrastructure & company. These perpetrators continue disrupting me by deactivating my LinkedIn & Facebook accounts. I publish the evidence of this crime under a nom de plume N ormaOlive Brown on Facebook. Technology has empowered my lifestyle ever since I built a website in 1999. The website, photography, and telephone enabled communication and enquiry from waterway authorities. Having a device for every part of the 24 hours allowed me to be a dedicated mother at home with a corporate facade. Managing the logistical requirements of remote area deliveries and installations across all Australian States enabled me to meet with customers onsite, give a high level of customer service, and inform product design around installation requirements. During installation, customer engagement onsite influenced product design, manufacture and production, and safety aspects required during installation. Managing logistics for remote areas and high-risk on water projects requires insight & thorough documentation.
