31 Arrested and charged with Stalking WHAT I DID NOT FACTOR IN was that police would dance to the tune of someone who has been manipulated by my estranged husband. My estranged husband has unbeknownst to me destroyed every relationship – my mother, father, brother, sister and then our own children now in their late twenties and early thirties. I had no comprehension of his insidious behaviour until I reconnected with my sister, after 25 years. They say I am resilient – my portrait hangs in the State

I expected that as an independent woman and owner of assets and as managing director of the company that I am the founder of, I had certain rights to my property and environment. I had total expectation that my partner was acting unlawfully in locking me out. A respected lawyer told me the FVIO would mean my partner would be forced to give me my keys and passwords and entry to my residential workplace.
32 Police and Magistrate Embolden and Validate the Perpetrator of Family Violence Does the Minister really believe that a Senior Sergeant has the ability to help me? Especially one from Gippsland where failure to investigate caused police to arrest me three times now and the very first charge was for an incident where police refused to enforce the FVIO which I was told did not exist. The perpetrator has taken control of my assets, destroyed three businesses, destroyed every one of my relationships, prevented me from earning a living, Centrelink has suspended my benefits resulting in the private accommodation I had organised whilst I battle it out with useless lawyers and DV industry persons, is withholding my business materiel, my clothes and the few things I have left to make life comfortable. I no longer have a registered vehicle (which I was living in) or a phone. The perpetrator is using the police and the magistrate's court to destroy me. I am totally isolated with no one to talk to; The police couldn't even investigate and charge one of the conspirators with stealing my dog.
