LACKWOOD, NJ — G.S. Wilcox & Co. , based in Morristown, New Jersey, announced the financing of a six building, 240,000 s/f industrial-flex park in Blackwood, NJ. The new $7 million loan is fixed for a 7 year term with a 25 year amortization. The subject property is nearly 95% leased to a diverse roster of more than 30 tenants. The financing was arranged by the Wilcox team and Da- vid Fryer , principal. The financing was provided by Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company B
for a repeat customer of G.S. Wilcox & Co. Southern Farm Bureau is a correspondent lender represented by G.S. Wilcox & Co. in the New Jer- sey marketplace. n Cary Brownley rejoins Hunt Mortgage Group TYSONS CORNER, VA — Hunt Mortgage Group , a leader in financing commer- cial real estate throughout the United States, announced that Cary Brownley has rejoined the firm as director. Brownley will be based in the firm’s Tysons Corner, VA office and will lead FHA multifam- ily loan closings for the entire firm. She will report to Tracy Dennis , managing director. She returns to Hunt Mort- gage Group from Berkadia where she served as FHA clos- ing manager. She originally joined Hunt Mortgage Group in December 2015 as part of Hunt’s active expansion of its FHA platform. In giving reasons why Brownley returned to Hunt Mortgage Group she noted, “Hunt Mortgage Group is well diversified and offers its clients a unique array of prod- ucts, along with some of the brightest minds in the indus- try.” She added, “It was a hard decision to leave and when I did I quickly realized I had left a company that encourages unparalled teamwork across product lines and groups to create the best execution for the customer.” While at Hunt Mortgage Group, Brownley worked on all aspects of FHA closings and took a lead role in servicing and asset management. She also worked with the Hunt development affiliate to pro- cure a new construction loan. “The environment at Hunt Mortgage Group is extremely collaborative.
