The 109,841 s/f free-standing property sold for $15.6 million. As one of the tenant’s first locations, BJ’s has been a ten- ant at this location since 1986. This is the second major hospital contract Skanska USA has announced in the Delaware Valley in the third quarter. The new Inspira Health Network Medical Center will be built under the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) ap- proach, which brings together the client, designer and the builder to align stakeholders and streamline the execution of the project. The newmedical center will be Skanska USA’s largest IPD project to date in North America. With its partners Array Architects and Leach Wal- lace Associates , Skanska USA will construct a five story hospital building with 204 beds.
