S outheastern PA Colliers International represents Keystone Property Group in lease at The Curtis Weitzman of Colliers International brokers 22,818 s/f Nissan dealership facility L imerick, PA — Col- liers International arranged the sale of
55 Autopark Blvd. in the Rte. 422 Autoplex in Limerick. The 22,818 s/f Nissan dealership facility was sold by the Fred Beans Family of Dealerships to the Bush Auto Group. Col- liers sold the Nissan franchise and leased the property to the Bush Group in 2014. Richard Weitzman, VP of Colliers International’s retail division in Philadelphia, was the sole broker in these trans- actions. In Philadelphia Colliers In- ternational announced Welt- man, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. (WWR) has joined The Curtis’s office community. WWR will relocate its op- eration from 325 Chestnut St.to a 3,500 s/f suite at The Curtis. Colliers International represented the landlord, Key- stone Property Group , in this transaction. “Our firm is excited to move into this historic building.
