Pittsburgh, PA —CO- TERIE Co., a indoor/outdoor co-working space for women,

• For most facilities that have performed sampling in the past, the number of pa- rameters to be analyzed has been reduced. Electronic Reporting All dischargers covered by the General Permit will now be required to submit their discharge monitoring reports using DEP’s eDMR system. DMRs are due 28 days after each semiannual period (Janu- ary 28 and July 28). Existing permittees have until Decem- ber 21, 2016 to register for the eDMR system. No Exposure Certification • A $500 fee is now required with the NEC submittal. • NECs must be updated every five years. • Both new and existing facilities must conduct one round of stormwater sampling to confirm that the stormwater discharge is “non-polluting”. James P. Cinelli, P.E., BCEE is a professional en- gineer and board-certified environmental engineer at Liberty Environmental. n According to Aaron Stau- ber , CEO of Rugby Realty : “This is a terrific tenant, and exactly in keeping with our goal of providing today’s modern, corporate and tech tenants with creative space. The top floor of the Frick Building was in very high demand - we concluded this transaction before the current tenant had even vacated - and COTERIE Co.’s plans for the space and its outdoor decks will really transform the space.” Stauber also noted that more than 68,000 rent- able s/f of new and extended leases have been executed at the Frick Building this year, with COTERIE’s space being the last full floor available for several quarters. CBRE’s TimMcCarthy and Jeremy Kronman handle the leasing at the property. n Bailey said the Pittsburgh office is set to host a start-to- finish, non-partisan Election Day party as one of its kick-off events. “The only require- ment to attend is an ‘I Voted’ sticker,” she said. Mini Coterie, as it is aptly named, will operate from temporary space on the ninth floor of the Frick Building while construction is complet- ed in the penthouse. In addi- tion to COTERIE’s meeting opportunities, the permanent space will include a medita- tion room, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a writer’s suite and closing rooms.

with experiential design, a proven strategy developed by the interior design firmwhere research, expertise, and col- laboration support the design decisions. With 75% leased and 65% occupied at Chestnut Square, this process helped to connect with consumers and created an urban design experience driven by lifestyle. Located in the heart of his- toric downtown, the charm and setting of West Chester served as the primary inspira- tion for the 11,000 s/f amenity space. It was important for Gacek Design Group to es- tablish a design vision that offered a luxury, boutique hotel feel that embraced the integrity of the area, and com- plimented the resort ameni- ties available. Richard Gacek , owner and principal designer of Gacek Design Group said, “We are complimented by the positive feedback and pleased with the design experience that evokes emotion in a classical and timeless way. of discharge, if it was imprac- ticable to perform sample col- lection in the first 30 minutes. The new permit still indicates a preference to perform sam- pling in the first 30 minutes of discharge, but does not contain the reference to the first hour of sampling. • Appendix J facilities, which is a catch-all category for facilities whose SIC codes do not subject them to the requirements of another Ap- pendix, are no longer able to perform inspections in lieu of stormwater monitoring. Thus, all permitted facilities are now required to conduct stormwa- ter sampling. Note that facili- ties that are newly subject to sampling requirements will need to start sampling during the first semiannual period of 2017. • All facilities are now re- quired to perform sampling semiannually. Some facilities (e.g., small airports, power plants) previously performed sampling on an annual basis. “COTERIE’s mission is to elevate, educate and em- power female entrepreneurs while encouraging communi- ty engagement.” Bailey said. Each COTERIE location offers a virtual global com- munity, co-working member- ships, social and professional events, and business meet- ings/offsite options. In addi- tion, each location will have unique elements specific to their particular membership and market. For example, Grant Street Associates to select the space at the Frick Building, says that COTERIE Pittsburgh’s 13,028 s/f loca- tion will offer a strong growth opportunity for the women of Western Pennsylvania.
