According to the Police LEAP file, Gippsland Police investigated my 2019 report to Western Victorian police of a workplace bullying and harassment incident by interviewing the accused, a 'friend' of the accused, the instigator of the incident, an employee and my employee sons. However, they did not interview me, the victim, even though Western Victorian Police had provided my contact details specifically for that purpose. Only one of the two incident participants that initiated the Western Victoria Police Application for a family violence order to protect me and my property faced any police action. The instigator of the incident provided his law firm to the accused. Both parties and their lawyers have given false and misleading statements to the court and police. Numerous errors exist in the Extracts and Notices of the ensuing fifty-five Hearings. However the husband has known the AFM since she was eight years old THE TWO PARTIES CONCERNED HAVE NO CHILDREN TOGETHER The two parties, at times employed their adult children in their company operations. A FAMILY VIOLENCE INCIDENT WAS REPORTED ON 25TH/07/2109 IN BAIRNSDALE WHEN The AFM reported a workplace incident at Bairnsdale Police Station (Police have refused to supply details of this ) THE AFM HAS ATTENDED THE POLICE STATION STATING THAT SHE IS FRIGHTENED THE RESPONDENT WILL SNAP AND THAT see document from a counsellor advising risk of harm to AFM HE HAS BEEN VERBALLY ABUSING HER AT WORK Many documented abusive incidents in the workplace and on every installation job on Government worksites. SHE HAS BIPOLAR The AFM believes that the respondent himself suffers these issues and that the Respondents estranged wife has poisoned him by prescribing Colloidal silver and overprescribing OTC pharmaceuticals. SWAPPED BUSINESS VEHICLES WITH THE AFM at approximately 12:30am the AFM heard her work vehicle drive away and thinking it was stolen called 000. IN THE PROCESS OF THIS The AFM messaged or left a voice message on the company phone used by the Respondent ordering him to return the vehicle and informing the Respondent that she did not have a key for the company vehicle left in the exact same place the Tundra had been parked. THE AFM HAS ALLEGED THAT The respondent returned some two hours after the incident had been attended at 2:15am by Police (who had informed her that ______ _____ had notified Ballarat Police of his intention to take the vehicle). THE RESP HAS BANGED ON THE WINDOW OF THE BUSINESS PREMISES WHERE Between 4am and 6am The Respondent returned and moved The Prado underneath the window of the room the AFM had been sleeping in and was verbally abusive. I was attempting to arrange a neutral meeting place where the company could have a Fair Work Act qualified person chair the meeting, when her family notified me that the missing Company Truck was seen in Stawell. I travelled to Stawell via Ballarat Police head quarters, where VIC Police verified that I was the only owner of the Truck and I was fully responsible for the repayments and the security of the vehicle, plus that I had the right to repossess it from Maggie Marriott and that should she take it again now that she was no longer an authorised employee, she would be charged by VicPolice with Auto theft. The perpetrator drove 600kms and notified Police he was intending to commit family violence. The two attending constables informed me who had taken my work vehicle.

Personal Safety Order expires 2060 How East Gippsland Police investigated my report of a workplace bullying and harassment carried out by my estranged husband and my current partner, at my workplace, 600km away from my home. Bairnsdale Police Station interviewed the instigator, the offender and three others, employees or associates of the offender and the respondent on the Stawell Police applied FVIO K12030938. I have been able to keep myself safe from physical violence. It wasn’t until I read what police wrote about me in my Police LEAP Report (given to the perpetrators lawyers) that I found police act on statements made by the offenders. Riddled through statements and Applications is the assertions that I suffer severe mental illness which fully justifies (in the eyes of the law) locking me out of my workplace and accommodation, taking over my company and assets leaving me abandoned in a pandemic. The day after the Respondent was served with the Stawell Police Application for a FVIO to protect me and my property I went into the Bairnsdale Station, and saw six posters
proclaiming Family Violence ALSO MEANS PSYCHOLOGICAL EMOTIONAL AND FINANCIAL ABUSE.. There are a range of ways we can help...attend your local police station. As I stood waiting to be helped and struggling to find the words to describe my situation, I was relieved to see the posters. However the Bairnsdale police investigated the incident, which occurred in Stawell by interviewing the two o ff enders, my adult children who were also employed by me, an employee and a friend of one of the perpetrators, who had been a constable for three years in the 1980’s. These police did not interview me. Police have acted on the lies and false accusations made by these perpetrators by arresting and charging me with stalking and breaching invalid personal safety order. Magistrates and Police are carrying out the perpetrators family violence as defined in the family law act and on VicPol website based on the LIES and FALSE information given by lawyers, perpetrators and employees. The Magistrates Court and Victoria Police failed to follow due process allowing fraud and family non-physical violence to flourish. Failure to investigate before charging me with an indictable offence and inability to hold a summary case conference would have prevented an appalling waste of police and court resources. More than six police have taken his statements and recorded the over 70 police officers' name ranks, and VP numbers have had "eyes on" the saga. In my experience, Victoria Police and MCV are not fit for purpose and are suffering catastrophic administrative failure. Both entities are still using Bic Biros and paper-based forms. Police need to understand business, social media and the online world. Five minutes of investigation into who I am and what I do, publicly available on LinkedIn and Facebook, should have enabled police to check the veracity of the information they have acted on. I am an open book and have been since joining the Digital Age in 1999. The Chief Commissioner makes bold claims of holding individual officers to account, announcing in an internal email about police behaviour and those found guilty of misconduct being pushed from the force. The commissioner states that core policing service was maintained during the demands of COVID and Operation Tidewatch. Unless Victoria Police and The Magistrate Court embrace the digital Age and overhaul police procedure, our community will continue pouring money into a bottomless pit that does not keep us safe from unlawful activity. The Digital Age enables rich communication and a deeper understanding of the truth. The Chief Commissioner should be contactable by email or post. Furthermore, the perpetrators were emboldened and validated by the mandate of the court when the magistrate placed yet another invalid Personal Safety Order against me, which expires in 2060, making it a criminal offence for me to go to my accommodation, workplace or to communicate with my life partner and to my own domain and phone numbers about our company. I can do nothing to defend myself against lies and false information. I can do nothing to make workplace claims. I can do nothing to protect against family violence as defined by the Family Law Act. Process Validates And Emboldens the Perpetrators My situation worsens with my partner's interaction with the Police and the court; he is acting as a proxy for my estranged husband. The whole process validates and emboldens him. So how can it possibly go from Stawell Police putting in place an FVIO K12030938 and Bairnsdale police refusing to enforce it to an interim PSIO K1245066, making it six months later a criminal offence for me to go to my residential workplace or communicate with my partner and our company? Transported Handcuffed and 24 hrs in Custody What has been the dollar cost of the over seventy magistrates hearings, four arrests, police transport handcuffed, lying on the floor of a Divvie Van, crying and arriving at the Morwell Police station at 2:30 am, and the 24 hrs in Custody? Illegible Briefs Well over 200 court-related documents, including twelve Statements to the Police providing false and delusional information. Three of the six or seven Briefs I have been able to get hold of are 43, 44 and 103 pages. The screenshots of the offending posts are illegible. Police have consistently failed to supply the Briefs within the prescribed time, and those provided were illegible and had pages missing. Police failed to hold a summary case conference and even in the three arrest interviews, failed to take note of what I was telling them. In fact they would not let me speak or explain anything which should have enabled them to ascertain the truth of the situation. Police did not even read the emails where I documented the facts. A Criminal Offence For Me To Go To My Accommodation Workplace
The perpetrators are emboldened and validated by the mandate of a Bairnsdale Magistrate after a Personal Safety Order against me and in place until 2060, making it a criminal offence for me to go to my residential workplace or communicate with my intimate partner and our shared company. In addition, an interim PSIO was placed against me six months after the existing FVIO —I am the Protected Person, was implemented. After that, Interim PSO was struck out, immediately another was applied for by my 'intimate partner' and then placed against me at the Hearing. The same magistrate that made the error 20 Feb 2020, repeated the error in July 2023. I could not attend the Hearing for the second PSO, due to circumstances brought about by my partner, even though I notified the Magistrates Court about the situation.

Misidentification OR— Incompetence and Administrative Failures? In August 2019, Stawell Police applied for an FVIO to protect me and my property after I reported a workplace bullying and harassment incident. The non-physical violence started a chain of events in the perpetrator's decades of attempts to control me. Countless Magistrates Hearings, woeful or no investigation, not once have I been heard; the perpetrator has been validated and emboldened by the Police & the Court. I have lost control of my assets, my work and my lifestyle. It is a criminal offence for me to go to my residential workplace and send emails to my company domains and text my 20-year-old phone number, which the perpetrator has taken over. I am subject to an extraordinary level of hostility by Police who act on paranoia, lies and false information. Gippsland Police have never spoken to me whilst supposedly investigating an incident that Victims of Crime paid me. Police have arrested me three times, and placed me on bail. Six months after the first arrest, Police admitted that the brief was non-authorised and insufficient evidence. A timely investigation of that Oct 2020 arrest (all they had to do was comprehend the emails I wrote) would have prevented the subsequent arrest in January 2021. Before the third arrest, I get a call from the Police telling me to come to the station to be talked to. (it is a euphemism, for we will arrest you). I went to a closed station near to me and spoke by intercom. I said the lawyer had told me to give a no-comment interview. Great, he says that he will get it done. Forty-five minutes drive, arriving at 6 pm, immediately arrested.! Put in holding cell. In the interview, the Police showed me illegible screenshots of the alleged breaches of an invalid PSO.

The constable kept telling me that I had been dismissed from (my own) company. Police moved my Prado and trailer to Coles carpark and transported me handcuffed, lying on the floor and crying in the back of the Divvy Van to Morwell. We arrived at 2:30 am—100 km drive. Bail hearing at 4 pm, Six Custody Officers moved me from cells to the courtroom, and I walked barefoot & handcuffed with my hands in my back to the Court, shaking & following a sneezing custody officer, escorted & sat in the dock, between them, shoulders touching & no masks. The Police prosecutor made every effort to have me locked up; she could not pronounce LinkedIn, used my surname for my partner (who is denying having a relationship) and made many other mistakes. After the magistrate told me how frightening
my posts were to my partner and that I needed to be much more caring for him, she bailed me to reside at a bush caravan park in a tent, and the PSO is in place until 2060. My sister was expected to make a 500km trip to take me to get my vehicle. To comply with Bail conditions, I would have to drive about 80 km while traumatised, exhausted and hungry. It was degrading & traumatic. And now I'm stranded without my vehicle. Pains around my heart, I left the police station in Morwell carrying a plastic bag and crying 2hrs on the main street of Morwell, waiting for my sister. The perpetrators locate me again, and it is a Criminal offence for me to go to my residential workplace & my estranged husband is further emboldened and validated by the Police. Hundreds of documents have been generated by one abusive event that occurred in my workplace. Police did not allow me to report the breaches of the FVIO or report the DV that I am subjected to. I have been living in my 4WD since June 2019 and have criminal charges on the say-so of the perpetrator, who is the one engaging in the behaviours that he has had me charged with. I have lost everything, my health is failing, I am lonely and frightened, and they have even taken my daily companion dog. The noose is tightening in this never-ending, escalating domestic abuse carried out in my workplace.

Since when did Police become responsible for workplace issues, and why do Police believe the perpetrator and NEVER listen to what I tell them??? Five minutes of investigative work would inform Police they have been duped. Breach 15 On the 1st of April 2021 at 08:33 Ms MARRIOTT breached the IVO by publishing online about me to Facebook. In the public posting Ms MARRIOTT published a photograph of me performing marine navigation buoy research and development on my privately owned boat in Gippsland Lakes, Ms MARRIOTT falsely writes in her publication that he is an employee of Smart Buoy Co P/L. The image is definitely not Alistair MARRIOTT, and he has never worked for Smart Buoy Co P/L. Alastair did contracted work for Ms MARRIOTT in 2016 at her company Buoyage Systems Australia P/L (in liquidation) until she failed to pay his invoices. verbally abused him and threw an object at him during a discussion about the owed money. Two people who are aware that Ms MARRIOTT is prohibited form publishing anything about me online and who also know Alistair MARRIOTT. contacted me by text message to alert me to this prohibited and false online publication. Breach 18. On the 10th January 2021 at 01:27 am Ms Marriott breached the IVO by publishing online about me in a public Facebook posting. Ms Marriott refers to me as her ‘partner’ in the post which displays two photographs. One photo is of my work vehicle and a comment questioning why it was parked at John Marriott’s residence at 39-41 Lake Rd, Stawell on the day of Stawell Magistrates hearing into Ms Marriott’s August 2019 false report to Police about me, which was
eventually struck off. The photograph was taken from the rear of an adjacent property accessible only by trespass. Showing the extent Ms Marriott will go to in stalking me. The second photograph was taken by Ms Marriott whilst stalking me at my workplace on the day of a Bairnsdale Magistrates Court hearing. The photograph shows my workplace, my car and John MARRIOTT, who is Ms Marriott’s husband. John was requested to attend Court by way of Ms Marriott’s lawyer Ana Talko Nicholas’ application to the Bairnsdale Magistrates Court for further and better particulars. Following sending the further and better particulars as requested by Ms Talko Nicholas. Margaret Marriott’s lawyer withdrew her services before the court day, so John Marriott was not called by the Court..

Third Arrest Wonthaggi Police Station—held in custody for 24hrs 28th April 2021 - 3 pm telephone call from Sale Police demanding I go to a police station to be spoken to about breaches of a Personal Safety Order. The Police have issued a Look Out and Watch (meaning I will be arrested on sight). I drive to Leongatha and speak by intercom, explaining that my lawyer has advised making a no-comment interview. Great, says the Senior Constable. That will be quick and easy; you’ll have to drive over to Korrumburra. On the road I get a call from the ever so nice senior constable who suggested I could drive to Wonthaggi – He did not say Korrumburra is closed! Arrive 6 pm and the constable suggesting I should leave my handbag in my car! I refused, and then they arrested me. April 28th 2021, Wonthaggi Police Station arrived at 6 pm (I had started work at 5 am)
Put in the holding cell and finally interviewed at until 10:15. After midnight they transported me handcuffed lying on the floor of a Divvie Van arriving at Morwell Police Cells at 2am. On Wednesday 13th April I called the Sale Police station to request clear and legible copies of the six briefs. As I do not have any accommodation as a result of my partner’s delusional thinking, I rely on charity and I had been invited to stay with someone over Easter giving me time to read through the briefs and prepare for the Hearings on 26th April. I ended up going into Moe police station and obtained five of the six Briefs, poor copies and with illegible screenshots. Background to the matter that you call offending.
Please note that I am subjected to Family Violence, emotionally & psychologically, economically abusive, threatening and coercive causing me to fear for my safety and well being. The abusive behaviour of my estranged husband manipulating my partner, _________ to act as his proxy is ongoing since 2015 and specifically an incident at our Stawell workplace involving these two company employees, my estranged husband and my life partner. It appears my partner notified Ballarat police, and he has stated in court that he notified Western Area Command of their intention to take away my work vehicle in the middle of the night. My partner has written text messages to my Facebook Friends saying that police gave him an escort. I would like to know if this is true. August 3rd 2019 12:30am Stawell. My report of this workplace bullying and harassment incident caused Stawell Police to apply for FVIO K12030938 against_________ (my partner) and they failed to apply for a FVIO against the instigator of the workplace incident and family violence - that being my estranged husband. The 'family violence' as defined in the Act and on the Victoria Police website is carried out by both men who are enabled, validated and emboldened by the support they have received from Victoria Police and the Magistrates Court. It is my opinion that administrative failings by both entities are the root cause of enabling my estranged husband's long standing abuse and efforts to control me. As a result of Victoria Polices’ failure to investigate, my husband has now taken control over my assets and my digital real estate. I am no longer able to defend against his interference in my company and unable to defend against his property proceedings in the Family Court. My estranged husband who is 15 years older than me, has destroyed every one of my relationships— he started with my father 1 and mother, my sister and brother who drowned at Raymond Island (whilst we had the water taxi business), all of my adult children, employees, business associates and now this, my most important relationship with my partner Brian — my life partner. I am now destitute, he has by proxy and via police action totally isolated and removed every asset and every opportunity to recover. — THEY HAVE EVE N TAKE N MY DOG. I have no income and I am denied access to my workplace, accommodation and my company assets until 2060. I no longer have a registered vehicle or a phone service as a result of my husband's fraudulent behaviour. Centrelink have suspended the Jobkeeper payment because I am unable to supply proof that a property I sold in 2000, was not sold last December. It is a criminal offence for me to go to my filing cabinet at 21 Bosworth Rd Bairnsdale to obtain that evidence. Personal Safety Order in place until 2060. It is a criminal offence for me to obtain the financial information that the Family Court have ordered because my partner controls my assets, my work, my personal possessions and my freedom to live and do what I want to do. As I was unable to pay for accommodation (in Melbourne), I had organised whilst dealing with the legal matters relating to these criminal charges, the accommodation provider is withholding my office equipment, documents and my clothes— but in any case I do not have a vehicle to collect them. I have sandals and a couple of summer dresses and am roaming around staying wherever I can. I am barely coping with looking after myself, I have no money for food, no warm clothes and no one to care for me, I do not have a phone or Internet.

My partner, _________ has two of my three laptops and he is logging into my accounts. As a result of police action against me particularly the first time I was arrested at Knox Police Station October 13th 2020, I am no longer able to withstand the abuse by proxy of my estranged husband and prevent him taking control of my assets. I was told Bairnsdale Police would investigate the so called breaches in the first arrest in October 2020 and then give me the Brief. They did not. The first alleged breach 20 February 2020 was actually a breach of Family Violence Order K12030938 where I am the protected person. If only Bairnsdale police had investigated instead of fobbing me off. I was finally told after an hour long 2 phone call three weeks before the Wonthaggi Arrest 28 April 2021 that the Brief was non-authorised, insufficient evidence. In March 2020 Moe Police told me that the incident after the court hearing, which was attended by my husband and the employee who my partner had told me was going to “come round to the house and be violent to me”, were in court to hear the Magistrate make the Personal Safety Order into an 3 4 Interim Order thus validating these three abusive men . 5 6 I was arrested for a breach of the invalid PSO when my partner was in breach FVIO K1203038. Bairnsdale Police phoned me three days before the Hearing with the application text and a notice which stated that according to the Act a personal safety order cannot be placed against a family member or if there is an existing FVIO. Entirely due to the mistakes made by The Magistrates Court and Victoria Police not enforcing the FVIO, I have lost three properties, a business, personal possessions and my partner's estranged wife has stolen MY DOG. 7 Now my partner is threatening to dispose of my possessions that are stored at my office and factory at 21 Bosworth Rd. My partner breached the FVIO many many times and the failure by Bairnsdale Police to enforce that order has validated and enabled his delusional thinking. My husband is manipulating my partner and so is his estranged wife and her ‘boyfriend’ Peter Kaneen. My partner every now and then would have episodes of irrational thinking and paranoia. I would simply remove myself and go and work at home. Early on it happened every few months but as time went on they became more frequent. With hindsight the episodes that I clearly remember were very strange indeed. At that time I would call him at the end of the day with every warmth and wanting to see him ‘you are coming for dinner aren’t you” or “this is what I’m cooking” or “what would you like to have for dinner” He always responded positively and would look sheepish when he arrived after the days work had finished and he had been to the boat to get changed and bring the Bundy Rum and orange juice. He would usually say “I’ve been a Dick” We had a very happy home life with our three dogs and were just about to buy a property. I had organised a $300,000 loan and my partner

had sold his Melbourne property. The company had half a million dollars of work— my estranged husband has caused this catastrophe. 8 I have documented the many episodes at our workplace, where I was frightened by his behaviour, and particularly on remote area installation work where I am the project manager. My partner is an employee of my company Smart Buoy Co. I am the company manager and I wish to dismiss him for serious misconduct. I have been unable to do so due to the police action in arresting me based on his false and delusional statements.
WHY HAVE VICTORIA POLICE N EVER I N VESTIGATED?
I'm arrested for ridiculous breaches which include making a workcover claim and for my online presence in continuance my company work! I went to Morwell Magistrates Court yesterday, hoping to talk with someone about the numerous mistakes made by the Bairnsdale Magistrates Court that have enabled my estranged husband to, by proxy take control over my life, leave me destitute and unable to comply with the Orders made in the Family Court Property settlement claim that he has instituted.
Sheree, an Office Administrator, printed me a copy of the Personal Safety Order.
My residential address and workplace 21 Bosworth Rd Bairnsdale is not listed on the PSO The expiry date of 2060 that police have on the six Briefs is not correct as the Order has no end date and is in place until further order. The law firm that represents my husband since 2019 also acted in the matter of opposing the revocation of the Personal Safety Order, in the charges to my partner of Make Threats To Kill and currently in his threat to dispose of my chattels! These actions against me, instigated by my estranged husband have destroyed my life with my partner, made me destitute and I am facing many complex claims whilst trying to recover my company. I have been totally on my own since my partner took over my digital real estate and padlocked me out of my accommodation. 9 That was a repeat of my husbands actions in 2015. My Partner has been coerced into this and we both have lost a substantial financial amount quite apart from the emotional aspects. My partner is a longtime DV victim of his wife and Peter Kaneen. Please find attached the copy of the Brief that my useless lawyer provided. It is most important that the screen shots are legible. I need digital copies so that I can ascertain, the source and when they were made.
