Maggie Marriott Smart Buoy Co Managing Director AT THE MOST RECENT INCIDENT ON 3 AUGUST 2019 AT STAWELL RESPONDENT HAS ATTENDED THE AFM‘S ADDRESS IN STAWELL AND attended the Smart Buoy Co Pty Ltd, the company office in Stawell, after notifying Western Area Command (Ballarat Police Station) of his intention to take the vehicle. SWAPPED BUSINESS VEHICLES WITH THE AFM at approximately 12:30am the AFM heard her work vehicle drive away and thinking it was stolen called 000. IN THE PROCESS OF THIS The AFM messaged or left a voice message on the company phone used by the Respondent ordering him to return the vehicle and informing the Respondent that she did not have a key for the company vehicle left in the exact same place the Tundra had been parked. THE AFM HAS ALLEGED THAT The respondent returned some two hours after the incident had been attended at 2:15am by Police (who had informed her that ______ _____ had notified Ballarat Police of his intention to take the vehicle). THE RESP HAS BANGED ON THE WINDOW OF THE BUSINESS PREMISES WHERE Between 4am and 6am The Respondent returned and moved The Prado underneath the window of the room the AFM had been sleeping in and was verbally abusive. SHE WAS SLEEPING AND SAID YOU FUCKING BITCH I’LL FUCKING KILL YOU The witnesses statement reports the content of the abuse. NO KNOWN ACCESS TO FIREARMS INVOLVED The Respondent keeps his gun at his sons house, he has had the gun at our factory in Bairnsdale. The AFM was never asked about this. AFM STATES RESPONDENT CLAIMS SHE HAS SCHIZOPHRENIA AND BIPOLAR BUT The AFM’s husband has manipulated every person surrounding the AFM to believe that the AFM and other female family members have schizophrenia Bipolar. The Respondent has been repeating this nonsense in business meetings, to employees and the AFM’s adult children. SHE SAYS THIS IS ALL PART OF THE ABUSE The AFM has documented the many instances of this derogatory behaviour. NO CURRENT ORDERS ARE IN PLACE POLICE BELIEVE AN INTERVENTION ORDER IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE AFM AND HER PROPERTY I N TERVE N TIO N ORDER N ECESSARY for THE SAFETY OF THE AFM
I was attempting to arrange a neutral meeting place where the company could have a Fair Work Act qualified person chair the meeting, when her family notified me that the missing Company Truck was seen in Stawell. I travelled to Stawell via Ballarat Police head quarters, where VIC Police verified that I was the only owner of the Truck and I was fully responsible for the repayments and the security of the vehicle, plus that I had the right to repossess it from Maggie Marriott and that should she take it again now that she was no longer an authorised employee, she would be charged by VicPolice with Auto theft. The perpetrator drove 600kms and notified Police he was intending to commit family violence. The two attending constables informed me who had taken my work vehicle.
