I am no longer contactable through my company phone number and email addresses.My partner has become increasingly aggressive and irrational culminating in a police application for the Family Violence Order (IVO) placed on him. Police have advised he has now been charged with the criminal offence ‘Make Threats to Kill’ I am also advised to keep well away for my safety. My situation became untenable after I was locked out of my workplace and the company bank accounts. My partner began interfering in my work and then by force took over my roles of Company Manager, National Sales Manager and Finance Manager in the 20 year old company that I am the founder and have acted as shadow director for 15 years. My email, phone numbers and online profile have been stolen from me. My personal life has been obliterated and my working life is severely constrained. I am homeless and prevented from earning an income. My personal effects are withheld from me and I have been harmed by bullying, intimidation, slander and liable. My personal financial situation and that of our company has been sabotaged and the ongoing burden placed upon me caused by failures in production and mismanagement of jobs is grossly unfair and constitutes: Malfeasance — Intentional conduct that is wrongful or unlawful N onfeasance — failure to act where there was a duty to act Misfeasance — conduct that is lawful but inappropriate I can be contacted by email or mobile.
