Personal Safety Order expires 2060 How East Gippsland Police investigated my report of a workplace bullying and harassment carried out by my estranged husband and my current partner, at my workplace, 600km away from my home. Bairnsdale Police Station interviewed the instigator, the offender and three others, employees or associates of the offender and the respondent on the Stawell Police applied FVIO K12030938. I have been able to keep myself safe from physical violence. It wasn’t until I read what police wrote about me in my Police LEAP Report (given to the perpetrators lawyers) that I found police act on statements made by the offenders. Riddled through statements and Applications is the assertions that I suffer severe mental illness which fully justifies (in the eyes of the law) locking me out of my workplace and accommodation, taking over my company and assets leaving me abandoned in a pandemic. RSL Victoria, Magistrates Court and Crime Stoppers Victoria all aware. Interacting with police INCREASES the danger of physical harm.
