The day after the Respondent was served with the Stawell Police Application for a FVIO to protect me and my property I went into the Bairnsdale Station, and saw six posters proclaiming Family

As I stood waiting to be helped and struggling to find the words to describe my situation, I was relieved to see the posters. However the Bairnsdale police investigated the incident, which occurred in Stawell by interviewing the the two o ff enders, my adult children who were also employed by me, an employee and a friend of one of the perpetrators, who had been a constable for three years in the 1980’s. These police did not interview me. Police have acted on the lies and false accusations made by these perpetrators by arresting and charging me with stalking and breaching invalid personal safety order. Magistrates and Police are carrying out the perpetrators family violence as defined in the family law act and on VicPol website based on the LIES and FALSE information given by lawyers, perpetrators and employees. The Magistrates Court and Victoria Police failed to follow due process allowing fraud and family non-physical violence to flourish. Failure to investigate before charging me with an indictable offence and inability to hold a summary case conference would have prevented an appalling waste of police and court resources. More than six police have taken his statements and recorded the over 70 police officers' name ranks, and VP numbers have had "eyes on" the saga. I have been arrested three times, held in custody 24hrs, transported handcuffed in the back of a divvie van for 2 hours, arriving at 2:30 am and charged with stalking! Then bailed to a tent site in a bush tourist Park. Meantime I have had all my assets, my dog, and my whole life taken away—three years since he changed the padlock and took over my working life and my online activity—Managing Director to Jobseeker, barely functioning, homeless and destitute.

In my experience, Victoria Police and MCV are not fit for purpose and are suffering catastrophic administrative failure. Both entities are still using Bic Biros and paper-based forms.
