Since when did Police become responsible for workplace issues, and why do Police believe the perpetrator and NEVER listen to what I tell them??? Five minutes of investigative work would inform Police they have been duped. Breach 15 On the 1st of April 2021 at 08:33 Ms MARRIOTT breached the IVO by publishing online about me to Facebook. In the public posting Ms MARRIOTT published a photograph of me performing marine navigation buoy research and development on my privately owned boat in Gippsland Lakes, Ms MARRIOTT falsely writes in her publication that he is an employee of Smart Buoy Co P/L. The image is definitely not Alistair MARRIOTT, and he has never worked for Smart Buoy Co P/L. Alastair did contracted work for Ms MARRIOTT in 2016 at her company Buoyage Systems Australia P/L (in liquidation) until she failed to pay his invoices. verbally abused him and threw an object at him during a discussion about the owed money. Two people who are aware that Ms MARRIOTT is prohibited form publishing anything about me online and who also know Alistair MARRIOTT. contacted me by text message to alert me to this prohibited and false online publication. Breach 18. On the 10th January 2021 at 01:27 am Ms Marriott breached the IVO by publishing online about me in a public Facebook posting. Ms Marriott refers to me as her ‘partner’ in the post which displays two photographs. One photo is of my work vehicle and a comment questioning why it was parked at John Marriott’s residence at 39-41 Lake Rd, Stawell on the day of Stawell Magistrates hearing into Ms Marriott’s August 2019 false report to Police about me, which was
eventually struck off. The photograph was taken from the rear of an adjacent property accessible only by trespass. Showing the extent Ms Marriott will go to in stalking me. The second photograph was taken by Ms Marriott whilst stalking me at my workplace on the day of a Bairnsdale Magistrates Court hearing. The photograph shows my workplace, my car and John MARRIOTT, who is Ms Marriott’s husband. John was requested to attend Court by way of Ms Marriott’s lawyer Ana Talko Nicholas’ application to the Bairnsdale Magistrates Court for further and better particulars. Following sending the further and better particulars as requested by Ms Talko Nicholas. Margaret Marriott’s lawyer withdrew her services before the court day, so John Marriott was not called by the Court..
