I have never been able to get clear and legible copies of the Briefs. I have requested this (many times) and I understand through a lawyer (LACW)

Brief 05 M10703442

although they failed to represent me in the (Directions Hearing) for the Revocation of the invalid Personal Safety Order. On Wednesday 13th April I called the Sale Police station to request clear and legible copies of the six briefs. As I do not have any accommodation as a result of my partner’s delusional thinking, I rely on charity and I had been invited to stay with someone over Easter giving me time to read through the briefs and prepare for the Hearings on 26th April. I ended up going into Moe police station and obtained five of the six Briefs, poor copies and with illegible screenshots. They refused to give me digital copies which would enable me to answer each one of the charges. I took with me a brand new USB, in an unopened packet. Page 25 of 43 Wednesday 15 May 2024
