Background to the matter that you call offending.
Please note that I am subjected to Family Violence, emotionally & psychologically, economically abusive, threatening and coercive causing me to fear for my safety and well being. The abusive behaviour of my estranged husband manipulating my partner, _________ to act as his proxy is ongoing since 2015 and specifically an incident at our Stawell workplace involving these two company employees, my estranged husband and my life partner. It appears my partner notified Ballarat police, and he has stated in court that he notified Western Area Command of their intention to take away my work vehicle in the middle of the night. My partner has written text messages to my Facebook Friends saying that police gave him an escort. I would like to know if this is true. August 3rd 2019 12:30am Stawell. My report of this workplace bullying and harassment incident caused Stawell Police to apply for FVIO K12030938 against_________ (my partner) and they failed to apply for a FVIO against the instigator of the workplace incident and family violence - that being my estranged husband. The 'family violence' as defined in the Act and on the Victoria Police website is carried out by both men who are enabled, validated and emboldened by the support they have received from Victoria Police and the Magistrates Court. It is my opinion that administrative failings by both entities are the root cause of enabling my estranged husband's long standing abuse and efforts to control me. As a result of Victoria Polices’ failure to investigate, my husband has now taken control over my assets and my digital real estate. I am no longer able to defend against his interference in my company and unable to defend against his property proceedings in the Family Court. My estranged husband who is 15 years older than me, has destroyed every one of my relationships— he started with my father 1 and mother, my sister and brother who drowned at Raymond Island (whilst we had the water taxi business), all of my adult children, employees, business associates and now this, my most important relationship with my partner Brian — my life partner. I am now destitute, he has by proxy and via police action totally isolated and removed every asset and every opportunity to recover. — THEY HAVE EVE N TAKE N MY DOG. I have no income and I am denied access to my workplace, accommodation and my company assets until 2060. I no longer have a registered vehicle or a phone service as a result of my husband's fraudulent behaviour. Centrelink have suspended the Jobkeeper payment because I am unable to supply proof that a property I sold in 2000, was not sold last December. It is a criminal offence for me to go to my filing cabinet at 21 Bosworth Rd Bairnsdale to obtain that evidence. Personal Safety Order in place until 2060. It is a criminal offence for me to obtain the financial information that the Family Court have ordered because my partner controls my assets, my work, my personal possessions and my freedom to live and do what I want to do. As I was unable to pay for accommodation (in Melbourne), I had organised whilst dealing with the legal matters relating to these criminal charges, the accommodation provider is withholding my office equipment, documents and my clothes— but in any case I do not have a vehicle to collect them. I have sandals and a couple of summer dresses and am roaming around staying wherever I can. I am barely coping with looking after myself, I have no money for food, no warm clothes and no one to care for me, I do not have a phone or Internet.
